Bit confusing packaging
The box says lavender mint tea but the little individually wrapped tea bagâs say chamomile mint. Bit confusing! Tastes good though.

If you’ve tried many different methods of herbs and other things to get a good night sleep and were unsuccessful, this tea is a miracle herb that does work better than anything else I’ve tried so far. Give it a try and maybe this will also work for you as well as it has worked for me.

Lavender & Mint which is great doesn’t make you sleepy like chamomile tea but just relaxed so all the annoyances around you are less annoying lol
