This pack of 150 Tylenol Extra Strength 500 Acetaminophen Tablets stays in our medicine cabinet. In most cases we found that me and my wife need extra strength(500 mg) for most pains, fever and headaches. This pack is economical and Amazon price was great compared to local drug store. Tablets are fast acting and easy-to-swallow. Only downside is this package is not childproof so need to keep away from reach of children.ADVIL OR TYLENOL?Everybodyâs medicine cabinet is now a days filled with different over-the-counter pain relievers, among them most common are Tylenol and Advil. Although, most people seem to use them interchangeably, all over-the-counter pain relievers do not work interchangeably; apparently they work differently in your body, and they can have different side effects. Tylenol (Acetaminophen) is a pain reliever and fever reducer while Advil (Ibuprofen) is a non-steroid, anti-inflammatory medicine. Very Effective But Not Necessarily Easy Swallow
These offer very effective pain relief but I actually find oblong oval pills easier to swallow over the round shape of these. I have noticed an unpleasant aftertaste if I have any issues with swallowing these. Keep in mind, I am soneone that has more trouble swallowing pills than most people. My family members can swallow them easily and don’t notice an aftertaste. Overall, I think these would work very well for most but may not be best for those who have extra trouble swallowing pills.
