This thing seems to be adequate to permit me to take an old 13 pound arthritic dog for brief strolls around the neighborhood. But there is not one single thing about it that is in any way outstanding.Quality is lacking. (1) There are two security straps stitched in the bottom seams of the carrier. There is also a pad that zips into the carrier above those security straps. Security straps? Mine are useless if you choose to use the pad. (2) There is also a seam on that pad that has about an inch of frayed fabric on either side. (3) I did not bother to install the storage basket. It is lightweight fabric that ties onto the frame at each corner. (4) I also chose not to install the drink holder. It is lightweight plastic and adequate to hold small water bottles. But it cannot accomodate my 16 ounce insulated water bottle.This thing does not come with any assembly instructions. None. Nada. Zip. Zilch. Zero. And no instructions I was able to locate online. The closest thing to assembly instructions is included on the Amazon listing of the product. I did not find itparticularly helpful. Assembly of the wheels and drink holder is straightforward and intuitive. Not the carrier. It’s confusing. Even before you figure out that the parts you have are different from those described and depicted in the photographs.My review? Meh. It’s not horrible. It’s not outstanding. It will serve it’s intended purpose. Because it has flaws and lacks assembly instructions it does not meet my expectations of what should be typical for similiar products. Two stars.
