Super warm
This blanket is extra warm and the burgundy colour is great. We have a king-size bed with a high mattress and the blanket is not quite long enough to tuck in because we are both fairly tall and need the top of the blanket high. even though it’s not tucked in at the bottom it is very warm and stays in place during the night. It’s a keeper for us.

It’s so soft and plush and feels so luxurious. Saw someone recommend this on Reddit and I’m so happy I decided to go with this one. It looks exactly the same in person, and is so comfy and warm. Can’t feel the ceiling fan through this at all. Would consider buying more of them.
I was in a comfortable blanket phase where I bought a bunch of them based on reddit comments. Somebody mentioned this one. Out of the seven I tried, this is my favorite. Super duper soft, luxe, just the right thickness, and itâs large (about queen size) so really good for the money. I sleep under my sham with this on top (otherwise I overheat) every night.
When I saw “vellux blanket” I thought it would be like the ones from my childhood, kind of a soft velvety foam blanket, so I was surprised to find this more like a thick comforter. But I’m sold on it. Very soft and velvety as the ones I recall, but thicker and incredibly warm. Really glad I chose it.
I will purchase another one. A friend saw mine and liked it so I gave it to her. Now I am getting another one for me and my husband.
I have these blankets on all my beds. They are soo soft and wear and wear. They can take washing and drying and look just as good as the day you purchased them. I love Vellux sheared blankets! They are the best! For the money and the quality!
