Simply amazing
Very soft, comforting and relaxing. One of the best money well spent on amazon. Many nights while getting the massage, you will literally fall asleep & stay asleep all night in the chair.

I took my time assembling this chair because I wanted to do it right!
The directions are a bit difficult to try to use to build the chair – The parts are poorly labeled. When I did finish assembling the chair, & I DID DO IT RIGHT, The arms are very wobbly and will not stay where they are supposed to & for some reason – the chair tilts to the left (you feel like you are sitting on an angle all the time. When the “foot-rest” is underneath the chair & you are sitting upright at your desk – the cushion of the footrest always rubs against the back of your legs, after a while it does get to be irritating – I wish I had been more questioning before purchasing because the back of the chair (at the top) where the “headrest” is supposed to meet my head – it only makes it to the top of my back (or neck) so – it is short (my fault for not inquiring) – there are a couple of good things – the massage feature works – but the plug-in cable that comes with it is so short you keep pulling the power bar off the wall or shelf – be prepared to use an extension cord – The padding of the chair is so-so – it feels right in one position, move & you are not comfortable. My wife said I should send it back, but it took so long to make & I can’t remember how it goes back into the box – so I told her – I would learn to live with my mistake. Please watch out – so you don’t have to live with yours. The wheels work well, the chair glides across the floor & swiveling is no problem (except for that pesky short electric cord/adapter) – I have tried to be honest & yet very truthful about this experience & I am sorry that this could not be a better recommendation. Didn’t even last a year!
At first this chair was very comfortable. Within a few months the padding in the arms stopped bouncing back after daily use as an office chair. After which point putting your elbows down became painfull as i would get poked with the staples that held the padding in place. After 6 months the bracket that held the back of the chair to the base cracked on the left hand side and then the chair was lop sided. I ended up buying a 2 way c clamp from princess auto to hold it back together until i could find the time to selt if back together. At this point the seat was no longer comfortable as the padding was flat and squished. Three days ago the chair broke entirely I went to recline about half way ans the steel bracket snapped entirely in the process the left arm rest also snapped in half. I would not reccommend this chair for anyone who is looking to use it for more than occasional use. It is not strong enough to support a full grown adult for daily office use! Original purchase was Nov 20 2021. I didn’t even get a full year of use out of it. The other problem is i can’t find anywhere that there is a warranty. Typically you would think that for $350 you should at least get a year warranty out of it. I checked the Aosom website which is the manufacturer of this chair and all of their products only offer a 90 day warranty.
Poor quality
Very flimsy product. Very little padding in seat. Foot rest gives poor support. Not a well built product.
Recline, and sit up all in one
I used this chair as an office chair. I moved it around from room to room. That what I enjoyed about this chair. I have an other office chair I work from, then if I want to rest my back, I recline.The footrest to low, I have to put pillow on top to make higher, that is one thing I did not like.Over all I like it.
dossier pas assez épais
Je suis vraiment content de l’achat. Cependant je trouve que l’appuie Tête n’est pas assez grosse. quand nous avons le dossier allongé, il nous faut un coussin pour genre écouté la télévision. Ce n’est pas dramatique. elle est super facile à installée. j’aurais aussi mis un petit coussin pour le dos quand nous sommes assis ou mettre plus de rembourrage dans le bas du dossier. Sinon elle est parfaite. C’est sur que j’aurais aimé des accoudoirs ajustable mais on s’habitue
