Camera malfunctioned after 2 months
After 2 months the camera constantly flashes at night time. I spoke to customer service and they will replace it.I expect better quality from a company like vtech.
Love the app and parent unit has long battery life
I love how I can use the parent unit or watch from my phone. The app tells me when there was last motion so in the middle of the night it helps calm my anxiety with the last notification on when baby moved. This is our second vtech wifi monitor and I love them. Shouldâve bought two cameras to begin with so we didnât need two different parent units however both cameras can be seen on the app at once.
Video feed doesn’t work
This monitor doesn’t have night vision, it constantly flashes on snd off and you csnt see your child. Don’t but this product. I bought 1 and returned it thinking it was just broken and I ordered a second one and it does the exact same thing.
