Excellent product. Highly recommended. Night vision is very clear, tells you temperature in room, easily moveable from the handheld watching device, had an issue and called the company and had it fixed within minutes, also 1 year manufacturer warranty is a bonus!
Good simple monitor with 2 cams
Good simple baby monitor. Important aspects for me are control from parent monitor, temperature settings, and sound quality. All good. We bought this as we didnât want WIFI, we use for camping.
Day time picture fuzzy and has a talk delay
Live feed is fuzzy, and has a talk delay when talking, some of the time it is not clear
Always lagg
The parents Units always lagging the screen make a white screen when is open te color in the 2 camera for the kids room is horrible and we can’t drop the sound completely I have the same exactly that I buy at bestbuy and in 2 years is never happened so maybe it’s a bad batch of it but this one I don’t even use it because of all of that 🙁

Low battery quality
Product doesn’t hold the battery for a long time, always has to be charged
Cameras al ladies in middle of the night.
I had a horrible experience with this. Both cameras died in the middle of the night and it would always freeze as well. I constantly have to take out the batteryâs to reset it and the battery doesnât last longer than 2 minutes when not plugged in. Wonât be buying a Vtech monitor again!!
El único detalle que existe es que después de algunos meses el monitor no carga y debe estar conectado a la corriente eléctrica. Todo lo demás funciona muy bien
Excelente monitor. Es el segundo que compro (el primero se descompuso por múltiples caÃdas). Excelente definición, calidad de sonido y el monitor tiene baterÃa durable. Lo único que lo mejorarÃa, serÃa que tuvieran mejor alcance, pero todos tienen el mismo rango.
La imagen como que se distorsiona un poco y la definición de la imagen si es deficiente se ve cómo pÃxeleada de dÃa sobretodo muchas veces la pantalla se va haciendo negra sin poder ver al bebé, creo que es un buen producto pero tendrÃa que mejor al menos en cuanto a visión se refiere pero está padrÃsimo, además de que las cámaras se pueden mover desde el monitor alejar y acercar
Me gusto que se pueda mover la cámara, no me gusto que la señal se pierde siendo mi casa de dos pisos, que no pueda silenciar el monitor de padres siempre se queda en volumen bajo, y que no se pueda dividir la pantalla para ver las dos camaras al mismo tiempo, sin embargo por ser de dos cámaras era el mas económico que tenia la opcion de mover la cámara remotamente
Excelente producto PERO en menos de 3 meses dejó de funcionar el monitor, ya no prende y la pila (desde el principio) le duraba muy poco aprox 1 hora sin estar conectado. No se con quien pedir devolución
