Horrible night vision
Big screen and lots of features. Really good range for the pan /tilt function.. But will be returning due to the horrible night vision. It’s basically useless. The picture I took is actually better quality than real life.

So far so good! I have had it for 3 weeks and the picture on it is great, volume on the Sandra and monitor is great, baby likes the music and sounds that the camera can play, battery life lasts as good as any baby monitor (you have to plug it in at least every other day. The screen is big which I love and I love the pan and tilt! Overall, this is a great monitor and Iâm glad I purchased it!
UPDATE: The camera doesn’t even pan or tilt anymore after the 1st day.I loved my first vtech monitor with my first child (picture on bottom). When we had another one, we decided to go for a double monitor and since I had a great experience with my first vtech, we went with another one. Big mistake. The night vision is terrible. It is so washed out you can’t even see your childs face. I read the reviews, but decided to give it a chance anyways. I regret that choice! You would figure if you are spending $220 you would get a product worth something, but its a total waste. Returning it ASAP!In the picture my old monitor is on the bottom and the new monitor is on top. You can see a huge difference in picture quality.
We just recently switched from a simple WIFI camera to this all-in-one baby monitor camera because the WIFI camera was nearing the end of it’s life. So far, I like having both the monitor and the camera together.The downside I’m seeing is that the night vision is actually pretty bad compared to our simple WIFI camera. It’s very blurry and difficult to see what our 3 year old is doing in her room.On a positive note, It’s very simple to set up and very user friendly.
Fantastic monitor. It doesn’t have the red light that scares my toddler. The picture quality isn’t fantastic but I’m not bothered by that at all. I purchased and open box model and it wasn’t even open when I received it. Great product
