Perfect – Get this if you need an ice tray
This ice tray is perfect. The shape is good and the size is more than sufficient. Furthermore the flexibility of the tray allows for the cubes to be separated and taken out with ease. There’s no hassle in it whatsoever. Since it comes with 3 Ice trays, each housing 15 cubes, it means after the initial set up, provided you don’t run through ice, you can essentially have a continuous supply of ice, without having to wait for another tray to be hardened. Overall I would recommend this any day over any of the hard plastic ones, though they are also pretty good, that can break and its a hassle to get the cubes out from the tray. Do buy this if you want a good ice tray. This is a 100% honest review, I wasn’t paid or told to do this, believe me.
Great quality – easy to remove
These are perfect for my labs home made dog food. Great size and frozen blocks come out of the molds super easy. Firm metal band around the top keeps the shape. Only negative I can say is the âbonusâ container is not a very good size for storing the frozen blocks as itâs about half a block to big or to small in every direction so you end up with a lot of unused space and not nearly as many blocks as if it was actually designed to match the mold. Also the lid and plastic donât seem to be super freezer friendly and I expect they will become brittle and crack eventually when frozen. That said it was a free bonus add on and I would have bought the molds with out it ⦠yes I wound recommend this .
Pretty Good
The cubes are the perfect size, and I like the tray lids. But, the instructions for first time use indicate you have to boil trays in water before first use; I did that, and still found a funky white residue (from the melted ice) showing up on the top of my cup during use of the first 3 trays of cubes. So maybe those first few batches should just be forfeited to the sink, rather than used in beverages. Also, you really do need to leave these trays out on the counter to thaw for a little while (5-10 minutes-ish) before taking them out of the trays, or it’s a giant pain in the bum to remove the cubes, and your fingers and thumbs will be frozen. But for the amount of ice they produce, they do have a relatively small footprint in the freezer.

There work excellent. Easy to use. Good to freeze soup stews and more. If you want to make ice cubes that are a bit bigger it is good also.

Ice pops out much easier than old styles, lids are nice to allow stacking.
Not functional
Square trays are great but the spherical tray is cumbersome and does not fit well after a few uses. I will stick to the square ice cubes in the future.
Easy to Release When Frozen, Convenient, and Easy to Store in the Freezer
Absolutely in love! If it were cheaper, I would buy more of them. Super easy to use and convenient to store in the freezer. When it’s time to use the frozen contents, it is very easy to release the frozen contents into a pot. Just release them into a pot and add some hot water and turn on the stove to re-heat. Recommend it!!

Love these cubes, easy to remove

I have different size coolers I use depending on what I am doing, and I have different size molds to accommodate the different sizes. I got these smaller molds for my smaller coolers. Just fill them up with water in the evening put them in the freezer and by morning they are ready to take out and thaw for a few minutes and they come right out of the mold. Then ready to put in my cooler and refill the molds and back in the freezer and ready for the next time.
I love these! Easy to use, easy to clean, and storage size is perfect for small portion of soup. The lid fits well and it’s such a versatile item for soup, broth, sauces.One of my favorite items.
I have use these several times now and I’m quite pleased. Easy to remove frozen puréed fruit and soup.Because they are silicone they tend to be a bit soft when newly failed so some care is required. And of course, if they are overfilled they will push the lid up.The only thing I do not care for is that a completely frozen item even though wiped clean before putting the top on tends to be a bit difficult to remove the top once frozen salad. Even though the tops are hard to remove, to me that’s also a plus as well as a minus because it’s an indicator to me that the contents are completely sealed. I do not see any freezer burn on the top of anything that I have used them for so far.I would buy them again if needed.
