Simple and fun toy for the kids.
If youâre familiar with whack-a-mole and/or looking for a fun head to head or individual toy, this ones worth considering. The game play is pretty easy and straight forward. You basically hit the lit moles/target in a given time frame. This version has different modes and different level so, there always a new challenge and ways to play it, extending it playability. It is actually super fun and can get competitive with the head to head but, definitely better suited for a younger audience. Pros: * Overall construction and quality is decent buy, by no means exceptional. Itâs all plastic, light weight, & hollow. Very much toy quality.* 3 game modes with 9 difficulty levels available in each one. Extending playability.* Head to head or solo play* Has coin operated function. (it doesnât work the best as the plastic coins get stuck but, itâs a neat add on and activity for the young ones)* Hammers are a hard plastic (handles) while the hammer heads are a softer rubber/plastic. The Heads absorb some impact so they are a little bit safter around younger children and less harsh on the game board.* The targets/moles are responsive* Has visual score counter (for both players)* Play music and has lot of sound effects Cons:* While the target/moles light up individually to indicate which one to hit, the lighting could have been much more pronounced or brighter. It tends to pop less in bright light.* The moles/target are individually numbered and they are also used to select difficulty level, but the numbers are silk screened/painted on the very top. Repetitive hammering will probably rub them off at some point, making it harder to read.* The unit is light weight so, the suction cups on the bottom help but, only on a hard smooth surface.* No volume control. Music and sound isnât overly loud per se but, volume control is always welcomed. Unfortunately, this does not have any.* While there are 3 game modes with 9 difficulty levels extending game play, the gameplay concept is still the same. Itâs quite fun for a while but, can become repetitive.* Pricing. While this is a great gift and fun toy, the msrp of $69.99 is bit on the high side. I have seen 10% off discounts as well as $15 coupons so, if you can wait for a sale these do come down to something more reasonable for this electronic toy. Despite some of the cons, this whack-a-mole game is still fun and makes for a great gift present for a younger audience, even if itâs for a little while. At the current msrp price of $69.99, I feel is bit on the high side but, itâs not significantly far off from similar type of toys. If you can wait for a sale to pick it up, thatâs when pricing is most reasonable.

Je croyais lâavoir acheté pour mes garçons ( 4 et 2 )Je dois lâavouer, il est très attractif pour les parents!Plusieurs mode de jeu, individuel, 2 (1 contre1.) mode arcade ( insérer une pièce dâargent ) mode le plus de coup donné en 1 minute et le mode erreur (après 3 erreur) et le son est incroyable. Jâai acheté ce jeu avec une pensée quâil allait se briser après peu, très surpris! 2 jeunes singes avec un marteau. Mon plus vieux et moi jouent avec force adéquate mais le plus jeune cogne un peu partout et parfois âvargeâ sur le jeu avec le marteau! Aucun bris, fonctionne parfaitement et je nâai pas changé les batteries encore nous jouons tous les jours! Je le recommande!!

Whole family fun
Our whole family has enjoyed this game a lot so far. I originally ordered for my toddlers for Christmas but we ended up opening it early and itâs been great. My teen plays it with them all the time. Itâs nice that there are different speeds to make the challenge best for different ages/abilities.Itâs durable and well constructed and comes with two whacking hammers.

Upon unboxing you are presented with 1 x pounding toy, 2 x mallets, 6 x coins and 1 x instruction sheet. The toy requires 4 x AA batteries which are not included.The toy can be operated with either a coin-free option or coin-operated option (coins included). The coin-operated option is great if you want to let your kids appreciate the value of money. Once they run out of coins the games are over. There are 3 games modes: single mode (for one player), PK mode (for 2 players to compete against each other) and Super mode (for 1 or multiple players to pull together and play with all 18 target balls active). There are also 9 levels of difficulty. A digital scoreboard keeps track of the scores.Ordered this Whack Mole Game so the kids could have something to play with at my granddaughter’s birthday party and then my grandkids could play with it after the party. All the kids at the party really enjoyed playing the game. Even though there were lots of other activities at the party it seemed that there was always a couple of children playing with the game. I am very impressed at the durability of the game. It took quite a whacking at the party and still operates without issue. Since the party my grandkids love playing against each other to see who can get the most whacks. My grandson is quite rough on toys and this game has easily stood up to his pounding.Overall, this is a fun game reminiscent of the whack-a-mole game that is seen at carnivals. The option to play solo, against another player or cooperatively makes this a great game for one or more children. Based on the game play and enjoyment experienced at the birthday party and since the birthday party I can highly recommend this game.
