I expected the fabric to be a bit thicker on this. it’s really thin (on the blanket), but I’m still happy with the quality. I did knock off a star though just because of how thin it is and because it just came in a zip bag, not even a sticker on the top with a company name or anything just a sticker with product numbers. Because this will be used by someone in a much warmer year-round climate, I’m not too concerned about it and in all honesty might be really nice for the summer months. The cap is really nice though and perfect size for a newborn. I would say this is a nice addition to a gift if you’re giving multiple things at a baby shower.
