That thing is not sturdy, does not hold its shape, the lids are flimsy, the seam is weak on the dividers, and the box has a strong smell. I am returning it!!!!
Great toy box chest – 4.5 stars
I got the 155L YOHOOLYO Toy Box Chest in Ocean Series to handle my son’s toys. There was a little bit odour so I left it on the deck on a sunny day and then brought it back inside. The best part is the top is transparent so you can see what’s in what – I mean inside the three dividers. This has a huge capacity . The 5 mesh side pockets are also quite useful. The chest is quite sturdy. I am thinking of buying another one and layer it like put it on the top of the current one with light toys like plushies and stuff. Assembly was very easy and stuff is easy to take out and lid is flexible to operate. Overall, I do recommend.
Functional, but not right out of the box
I believe these units are mass produced and packaged up for shipping while still wet/fresh from the factory where they are made overseas. The net result is it off gasses like crazy when you first open it, and quite strong too. Considering this is for kids, you do not want this around your kids for a few days. I left this in my garage to degas as it was unbearable to be in the house.Once the odour mostly dissipated I put it together. Basically you unfold it, insert the base piece, and vector dividers in for stability. It comes with two dividers that split the unit into 4 compartments. You -can- get away with using one, but you have to use at least one, otherwise the box will be weaken and collapse under load.The kids velcro on as well and they are transparent allowing for easily finding what you’re looking for. There are pockets as well to store books or other items.This is a soft toy box which means your can move it around easily, but you’re not stacking anything on top, or climing on this unit.You an also collapse it easily enough and put it into storage until it’s needed. Overall fairly functional.Would get higher rating if it was that way out of the box, and you didn’t have to test your gag reflex when opening it and airing it out for a week
Very nice and useful chest organizer, easy to set up
You know how it is with kids’ toys. They are all over the place, especially when their friends come over. OMG the whole house turns into a playground ha ha. But this is something we always cherish, kids playing and having fun. But what about the toys that are lying around? There should be some solution to organize them for easy accessibility and also keep the house clean. That is when I saw this product on Amazon and decided to give it a try.The Toy Chest organizer is a really useful piece of product in my opinion. It came well packed in plastic wrapping and looked very flat and compact (Photo attached). It is very easy to set up, there is nothing to assemble, but just unfold it and put the hard cardboards at the bottom. Then there are 2 separators to make it into compartments. It attaches to each other using Velcro. That’s pretty much it about assembly. The pictures are very cute and adorable. My daughter loved it.I keep all her toys in the first compartment and her make-up stuff in the second. Since everything gets scattered everywhere, it would be a good idea to keep them separated. One compartment is still empty, but it holds a lot of stuff. We love the toy chest organizer!! Highly recommend for keeping those toys and stuff well organized.
