Great Tunnel in a great Colour
The colouring is a much nicer option and the tunnel functions as it should. My kids enjoy, the cat enjoys, great gift!
Poor quality
Purchased 5 months ago but barely used, maybe 2-3 times tops and the wire is coming out. Waste of money.
Broke the first time my kids used it
The metal popped out the first time my kids used it so it immediately became unsafe for use. Donât waste your money on it.

Safety hazard
I bought this for my daughters birthday and she hasnât even had a chance to play with it when I noticed the metal wiring poking straight out. Product is very cute, but a major safety hazard for children. My return window closed yesterdayâ¦otherwise I would be sending it back due to being defective and dangerous
Donât waste your money
Bought this for a gift for my son. He opened it on the occasion and we quickly realized we received a faulty product. The tunnel will not stay open at all. Unfortunately By the time he opened it, it was past the return deadline. So now we canât even get a refund for this damaged product. We also purchased the beige color and received grey.

I was looking for a tunnel for my toddler daughter and landed on this one due to the aesthetic. Itâs so cute and the green is a great color. I had some issues with my initial order and I received excellent customer care that resolved the issue.
Very bummed. After waiting for almost two months I received one that didnât stay open. After waiting for another few weeks for the replacement,I was stuck with another one that didnât stay open. Not sure why that happened since the descriptions says, âeasy open.â So bummed because I really like the look of this tunnel. I wonât be ordering it anymore and will go with a different tunnel since my littles have been asking for one. They have been patient enough.
Love how aesthetically pleasing but also practical toy this is for my daughter! She loves it and itâs easy to put away back in the bag! Only down fall is I do think itâs slightly over priced but worth it to go with the look of the playroom
