Tear in the arm of the bear
The bear itself looks great aside from a rip in the side of its armpit. It was vacuum sealed so Iâm not sure how it got ripped but Iâm a little disappointed as itâs a present for my niece. Update: The customer support helped me out and was able to send a new bear that was in great condition and received very quickly. Very happy with the purchase.

J’ai une petite demoiselle de 4 ans qui l’adore!Déballer le au moins 2 semaines avant de le donner en cadeau car il est emballé sous vide et ça lui a prit passablement de temps à reprendre une forme convenable………

Do not buy it at all. It came in a small box and upon opening seems like a road roller went over thr teddy. It is so flat
