Worked good at first.
I have had this camera for a couple months now and at first it worked great nice picture in the light and dark, but lately it has started sticking when it rotates.
A budget friendly, feature rich surveillance tool.
This is my first Pan and Tilt camera from thus brand and so far, it is meeting all my expectations.Having set up many different kinds of cameras, this one proved to be very easy, as it will for even the less experienced users. I was able to plug this one in, press “add device”, scan the QR code from my phone screen to the camera and it was up and running, in literally about 60 seconds. So simple.Image quality is as good as any of the other cameras that I have installed. I love that it provudes the option of 360p viewing over non wi-fi connections (such a data saver) and scaling up to full HD is a simple touch on the app, when and if, needed.This camera may be mounted on nearly any surface, it moves smoothly and quietly, at the touch of your phone screen and it also features 2 way voice communitcation which is pretty clear but has a tiny bit of a delay, meaning that it acts a little bit like walkie-talkies. While the person in front of the camera does not have to do anything to talk, the user on the phone or tablet must press a virtual button to talk and that is where the delay comes in. If you do not wait a second before talking, your words will get clipped.Ultimately, this is a pretty discreet camera in size and appearance that is high on image quality and at an attractive time price point. The UI is simple and effective.Sharing this camera with my wife, was also super simple and we can both watch at the same time, without issue.This camera is definitely on par with many in this category. It is not an exceptional “stand out” purchase but it is definitely a solid option that I would recommend to any one looking for this sort of solution.

I wish I had notice the rating before I bought this device. The hardware may be functional, but the software which drives it is not. The device will not connect to the app using either of the two methods available. Any attempt to contact the support chat will revert to a “believe us a message” screen which has no submit or send button.By buying this device you will learn how a non-functional item can be listed on Amazon, and how the Amazon return process functions. If these two lessons are important to you, go ahead and order this device.

I appreciate the full-size night imaginative and prescient range, which is going up to ten meters. The camera’s ability to pan 360° and tilt 108° ensures I don’t miss any pastime in my space.I find the 2-way audio and one-touch calling features on hand for brief interactions with circle of relatives or maybe pets. However, there are areas for improvement. For instance, the cell app is simple but ought to offer a more intuitive consumer experience.The digicam’s movement detection is quite sensitive, and I get well timed indicators on my cellphone. It’s also twin-band WiFi well suited, that is a plus for connectivity.Considering its charge point, this digital camera gives appropriate fee. It’s no longer with out its flaws, however they’re minor as compared to its talents. If you are looking for a dependable, characteristic-packed safety camera, this one should be a great option.Update:This camera actually has a micro SD card. I was thinking that the product description is wrong but had to check again.You have to roll up the inner black spherical part of the camera to see the slot.
not bad for a wifi camera
I bought this camera because I wanted a spare for either when we travel or if we have guests with kids that want a monitor for the guest room. It was not the easiest to install. For some reason it was not detecting the connection. The first night after a good 10 minutes or so, I gave up. I think I finally got it the second night, I believe I had been missing the part where I have to put my wifi password.Now that itâs working, itâs pretty neat. I like that I can move the camera left, right, up and down so the field of view is quite wide. The quality is very decent, the night camera is good. There isnât much of a light on the camera itself which is good because my kid is quite light sensitive and it would probably bug them with a light shining on them constantly. It has a call button on the camera itself which when pushed, it does a video call to your cell phone, seems like it could be handy?I havenât been able to figure out talking through the monitor or listening in without all kinds of feedback. I canât find a place in the settings to adjust mic volume so Iâm really not sure what the deal is with that.In regards to the camera itself, it works well. However, for my own purpose, not the greatest. For a guest cam, Iâd rather a simple camera and monitor that detects sound and motion, this doesn’t seem to do so. With this, our guest would have to install an app on their phone and then Iâd probably have to get them to delete it afterwards since if I ever used it for my kids, theyâd be able to view it whenever. I canât say Iâm superly paranoid about wifi access and monitors but to be honest, Iâm definitely uneasy about permissions and remote access to my monitors, thatâs just my personal thought.
