How to use the Crawling Crab Baby Toy
Step 1: Please bring your own small screwdriver to unscrew the screws completely and easily open the crab baby walking toy shell with upward force.
Step 2: Put in 3 x 1.5V “AA” batteries. (Not included)
Step 3: Turn on the push button switch on the side of the crawling toy.
Can you turn off the sound?
The switch is on the side of the crab. You can turn on the music or mute it for use.
It will not work in carpet
Crab toys will not move on thick carpet. Gears may get stuck. For use on hard surfaces or floors only.

Excellent toy .. however the melody that came with this purchase is not included as advertised on the Amazon site. It was the infectious repetitive melody which prompted my purchase. It will have any child humming along. How can the buyer get his preferred melody….

After we got item we received a recall on it. Then we got a notice the recall was not necessary. We had already sent it back. It was noisy no wonder there was no sound on all the videos we watched.
