LUXEMUM shield covers and flange inserts help you find the perfect fit for your nipples. Flange inserts 13/15/17/19/21mm (10pcs) can reduce the 24mm shield nipple tunnel to the correct size (13mm/15mm/17mm/19mm/21mm), adapting to changes during different physiological stages for better breast expression. (Please note: Not suitable for 27mm shield covers).
LUXEMUM inserts are compatible with most of wearable pumps, including popular brands like Momcozy, KISSBOBO, Lansinoh, Elvie, Willow go, Spectra, and Medela Freestyle Flex. They also work with most other brands’ 24-25mm models and are compatible with the MISSAA hands-free pump.
LUXEMUM accessory inserts are made of food-grade silicone and are free from Bisphenol A (BPA). They are easy to clean and maintain – simply wash with warm soapy water after each use. You can also use steam, boiling water, or a microwave steam bag for sterilization (temperature must not exceed 200 degrees Celsius).
The size of the LUXEMUM flange insert is crucial for comfortable and efficient pumping. Some mothers may experience nipple swelling during expression, so observing the appearance of the nipples is essential. If you feel friction or compression on your nipples in the flange groove during pumping, it indicates an improper flange size, and you should switch to the correct-sized flange.
The flanges fit perfectly into my lansinoh duo. I’m extremely greatful to finally have some flanges that fit and they were much cheaper than if I bought them from lansinoh. I also liked hoe i could try multiple different sizes. I appreciate the sizing chart too. I found out the nurse at my hospital had measured me wrong and that is why all the flanges I kept trying were too big.

I’ve been using my pumps for maybe a month, and really struggling at times to get decent suction. I’d been wondering why and trying to figure it out. I had initially sized my nipples with a generic sizer, the card with holes cut out, and thought I was using the correct flange size. I got sick of struggling to get suction, so decided to see if it was a size issue, so I gave these a try. Long story short, great product so far, easy to use, good quality and work great with my Momcozy S12. They have definitely improved suction and as such I hope will improve output.
