Cute patterns, and kids loved them!
My kids were really excited to split up this box of socks and pick out the patterns that they liked. There’s a good variety of prints from fruits and treats to unicorns and rainbows. As an adult it was a little odd to see 2 Easter bunny themed socks in the mix. The kids were just excited to have the eggs/rabbits so they didn’t care, but just note the random inclusion.As for the quality, they seem ok though not as soft as I’d have assumed with a purported 90% cotton. We usually shop at the big branded children’s store and their cotton socks are much softer. I honestly had to double check the package to see if these were as high a cotton content as I had remembered, and I’m still a little skeptical that the cotton count is as high as stated because they have a bit more of a synthetic feel to them. The label states 90% cotton, 8% polyester, 2% spandex, but to me they don’t really feel like that high of a cotton blend. I may end up giving one a burn test to see how it fares.In the ‘stretch test’ you can see they are quite thin. They’re fine for day to day wear, but I’d say more a spring/summer sock and probably not great for wicking away sweat when doing athletic activities.Overall, they’re decent socks for throwing on with some runners when going to school, or daily errands. The patterns and cute and colourful, the kids loved them, and it’s handy to have a really big box of socks delivered to your doorstep, but price wise they’re comparable to children’s store brands and are slightly lower quality, so you’ll need to figure out if the convenience is worth the trade off to you.
