A great little nightlight/projector
I was drawn to this night-light/projector mostly because of its overall design, but I was actually really happy we picked this option. The 3-in-1 design means you get a nightlight, a wall projector, and a more self contained projector, which is really nice. We already had an “astronaut” themed one that just projects stars and “aurora borealis”, but with my kid being super into Baby Shark and all things under the sea, the various discs are a huge hit! All in all it will make a great gift for any child in your life.
Calming even for adults
One of my cousin’s kids really puts up a fight when it’s bedtime. Someone had suggested a nightlight like this Kistra projector night light to entice kids to go to bed. This is why I ordered this item, to give to my cousin.I tested it first and compared it to a similar “astronaut” projector light I use in my TV room / den to relax. The concepts are similar, although the astronaut films are real images of the galaxy, whereas this Kistra’s films are more children-friendly cartoon-like images. I also found the galaxy images from my astronaut light to be clearer in quality.Both lights have different lighting modes. This Krista projector light has a cover so that the projector can be used as a regular table-top night light instead, whereas my astronaught light has a little shuttle that can be used as a night light when the projector is not in use.I personally find this light and the slow rotating images to create a very calm setting in the room. It works just as well as my more expensive astronaut projector light.By using the Kistra light to create a more fun environment, I hope my cousin can get her little one motivated to go to the bedroom without a fight!
