Le fait qu’il nie ai pas de livre d’instruction en français fu un problème pour moi car je ne parle pas l’anglais nie le lie .Je Naï pas utilisé encore toute les morceaux encore mais celui que j’ai essayer fonctionne très bien. Difficulté a ouvrir le récipient robot
Attachments are poor quality and broke after 3rd use
If you want and appreciate quality, this item is not the one to buy. When we first received it we were unsure whether to keep it, but we did and that was a mistake. The attachments are very cheaply made and sure enough 2 of them broke in the first few uses. The plastic on the chopper bowl cracked on the second use and the blender attachment jammed on the 3rd use and could not be freed up so it became unusable. Would not recommend at all.

Fantastic product, excellent quality, and I enjoy that it’s all in one, which makes preparing meals so much easier now.
Broke mid-use! (Update: Refunded and resolved)
Ordered it in May and it worked well until yesterday when it broke apart while using it to make pudding. Not impressed. It was meant to replace another hand blender that lasted years and this one didn’t even last 12 months. Return window is closed and we’re stuck with something we can’t use. Three stars for being good for as long as it was.Update: customer service reached out to replace the item really quickly after I posted our review so it’s obvious they care about customer experience. They were willing to send me a new one but we’d already replaced it so instead they refunded the amount. Considering the return window closed in June, they weren’t obligated to do anything, and I appreciate them making it right! The product might have simply been a faulty and doesn’t necessarily speak to the quality of their items. Would consider ordering again.

Never had / used an immersion blender until now. It’s pretty handy all the way around for mixing / chopping / light food processing. Easy to clean. Powerful, quiet motor. Works awesome for whipping eggs into omlettes. Make quick pico de gallo. Toss in the onions, tomatoes, garlic and cilantro. Instant tasty fresh homemade pico de gallo. Never knew I needed one till I got it! Make up fresh whipped cream in less than 60 seconds and froth your coffee in less than a minute. Have only had for a few days but used many times already. Cannot speak to durability of motor but was amazed at how quiet it is while being super powerful. Can’t really go wrong at this price.
