Distorted Reflection
The first mirror I received was distorted, but the light worked well. I ordered a second mirror and used the first one until it arrived, hoping that the second mirror would be better. The second one arrived worse than the first – distorted and cracked in 3 places on the mirror surface.So, I ordered the exact same mirror from a different seller and the first one I received was in perfect condition, and had a much longer charging cord.It is easy to install, and I like the remote and different brightness levels. However, I just couldnât get past the distorted reflection. I didnât want to look at my baby in a funhouse mirror.
Great mirror to keep eye on baby
Great mirror to keep an eye on baby in rear facing car seat. The mirror has built in lights making it easy to see. You can also adjust the brightness. It included a remote that you can use to turn the lights on/off and adjust brightness. You can quickly glance to see your baby.
Works well!!!
This worked so well, easy to install and use for Baby. It did move a bit from the vibration in the car however it never came off. The mirror itself is big and can be placed vertically or horizontally.Works well for our needs, would get again.
Mirror was broken
Before I even got to use this product the mirror was broken the protective sheet over the mirror had been broken.Was very unimpressed
Works as advertised
Really good large baby mirror. The lights help see baby. It installed easy and is very sturdy on the seat. I like that it comes with a remote as I can dim the light once they are sleeping but still see them.
Easy to use and versatile
The mirror does what it promises â installed on a back row seat, it is easy to adjust it so you can see the back-facing child seat. Even if your rear-view mirror is wide angle like mine, the mirror is large enough to show the seat in sufficient detail â tried here with a dog toy standing in. It clips onto the headrest posts â very easy to install if the headrest can be lifted up; mine canât (it automatically flips when you fold the back seat), but I was still able to squeeze it in relatively easily.The price is very reasonable, and a couple of bonus items (baby-on-board signs, headrest hooks) come â well â as a bonus. Recommended.Apart from its primary purpose, the first thing that came to my mind was that it could also be used to mount a camera â say, with a camera clamp like this SMALLRIG one â pointing forward to shoot a road movie with the driver and the passenger, or sideways. In my student days I was very much into photography, and liked to do night cityscapes; the time needed to park the car and set up the tripod, along with unwanted curiosity of bystanders often killed the picture. I was thinking of coming up with a discrete mount similar to this, but never got to it â until now.
Disappointed, unsafe
Mirror came cracked. We tried install anyways to see if it was worth replacing with the same model. It’s so bulky that we can’t have the headrest secured (“clicked in”) when this is on. That is extremely unsafe, if we were in an accident both would become projectiles. Will be returning
