Warm Tips: The transmitter just put into the refrigerator, it takes a long time to adapt to the new temperature, usually at least half an hour to slowly drop to the current temperature of the refrigerator.

(If it is the first time to open the box to use, please wait for more than 1 hour)

Reviews

  1. Great
Works great. Easy to understand instructions.I keep the main piece in my living room and the freezer/fridge thermometers in my garage and there’s no issue with the range. Seems very reliable.

  2. Works great
    Great item

  4. Fonctionnel
Excellente façon de monitorer la température

  5. Works Excellent
Really wasnt expecting much, butthis this worked so smoothly… connected to the remotes instantly, and gave very accurate reading after only 30 mins.. LOVE THIS PRODUCT

  6. Works perfectly!
This thermometer was a little bit fiddly to get going, but the instructions are quite clear, and now it works perfectly. The LED display is large and easy to read. Highly recommended.

  7. Functions well but quality feels cheap
The Wireless Refrigerator Thermometer does its job effectively, providing near-accurate temperature readings for both the fridge and freezer. However, I was disappointed to discover that it requires 7 AAA batteries, which are not included. Given the price point, I really wish the device featured rechargeable batteries instead.Additionally, the build quality feels a bit cheap and plasticky, which doesn’t inspire much confidence in its durability. Overall, while it functions well, I expected more in terms of quality and convenience.

  8. Have had this on my garage freezer for a few months now and has saved me when I noticed the temp was up a few degrees, my breaker tripped and I didn’t realize. Exactly the intent I bought this for

  9. Thermometer works great. Have to remove batteries after each use as the screen stays on display.

  10. I ordered the AMIR Wireless Refrigerator Thermometer to eliminate the need to open the fridge or freezer door just to check the temperature. That objective was successfully met with this device, although I could never get the two remote temps to sync tighter than 1.2 degrees. The temp variance ranged over a 48 hour period of .9 degree to 1.4 degrees, with readings taken at different times. Seemed odd when both sensors were located side by side. The displayed temps should have been more like .1 degree difference, if any. I am however impressed that the monitor component has an alarm for each sensor. You can place the monitor display anywhere convenient to you and know the temp status at any time.I’m now testing for accuracy of temp readings against other wired temp probe devices. So far, results are not encouraging but readings are still stabilizing. Pressing the CLE button on top of monitor display removes the MAX Temp value and inserts current temp reading. I have observed that it takes a long time to see a realistic temp from these sensors, other than ambient temps. An ambient temp reading will be fairly stable within 15 minutes with this device, but in the fridge and freezer, it takes several hours to stabilize. Unacceptable, in my opinion. The sensors should be more responsive than requiring more than a few minutes to stabilize. Lastly, I am hoping to hear an audible alarm once the readings are stabilized because I set the MIN & MAX values prior to inserting probes into fridge and freezer compartments.UPDATE 2 hours after sensor installation: I have a 3-4 degree differential on freezer compartment, with wireless sensor still displaying a downward trend in values reported. It is just taking a long time to get to actual temp evidently. Again, not acceptable, in my opinion. The whole idea of an alarm is to buy time to resolve the source of the alarm being triggered. I don’t need to hear an alarm 2 hours after the fact. The technology just does not appear refined enough for my expectations at this price point. Besides, you need a total of 7 AAA batteries for operation of the system. I may be returning this product.UPDATE 7 hours after sensor installation: The temperature differential between the two sensors’ displayed temps is now about 3 degrees for the freezer (displaying a -10.3 although I’ve actually seen a -11). The fridge reading is 39.9 degrees even though by an actual mercury type thermometer, the actual temp is 35 degrees F. I will be sending the device back to manufacturer because I can get this level of accuracy at a much lower expense while also not opening the doors of the appliance.

  11. What’s not to like? I’ve got an ancient Kenmore 18 cu. ft. Bottom Freezer, in its 22nd year. I had a feeling the temps weren’t low enough and did a test with my current indoor/outdoor thermometer. Couldn’t get the fridge colder than an indicated 45-degrees, and the freezer below 30-degrees. Not good…Cleaned the coils, vacuumed out the fan/shroud and condenser, cleaned the air pathway from the freezer to the fridge, moved the unit away from the wall a couple of more inches, and bought the AMIR to keep tabs. My purchase was based on AMZ Customer reviews.Setup the sending units with ease, and upgraded all three components to Duracell Coppertops. Been monitoring for a month, and this excellent thermometer’s readings are consistently within range [targets: 0-degrees freezer/38-degrees fridge, on average].Have you priced replacement refrigerators lately? Fingers crossed I can keep this unit going for awhile longer!

  12. After the French doors on our fridge were left ajar we had big time frost and had to toss food that wasn’t stored at proper temperature. This device works well
