Waste of money
Itâs garbage. The monitor does not work more than 3 feet away from the where you set up. I am âout of rangeâ before I even leave the baby room it does not work at all.
The screams…
When the battery is low, it makes a loud beep every few seconds until you charge it, and you can’t desactivate this feature. After one year of hearing this horrible sound every night, it became kind of a deal breaker. One or two warnings for the low battery would’ve been fairly enough as a safety feature.Too bad cause the rest of the product is actually good.. Great range even when you’re outside, decent night vision and image quality.
Very durable!
Very pleased with this purchase! We bought it more than 3 years ago and since then it’s been open almost non stop, we use it now for our second child and we have no problem!
Defective Screens
Three different Monitor units came with defective screens. LCD screens had a line across it.

Terrible product & terrible customer service.Had the monitor for 7 months and received it as a gift for my baby shower. Internal battery in parent unit stopped working and I reached out to customer service. After spending an hour between calling them and troubleshooting, filling out extensive email questions, shooting videos of the issue – customer service wanted me to upload an hour long video to YouTube and give them the link along show them a receipt for it. As if Iâm going to ask everyone at m baby shower for receipts with their gifts. Otherwise I could go out and BUY a new battery for it myself. How pathetic. STEER CLEAR and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

the product is not reliable at all. stop working after 8 months and before ending the guarantee, contacted the customer service here is what they suggest!”If you can move the Parents Unit away from motorized devices, fluorescent lights, television, portable phones, internet etc⦠you may find the static decreases. Have you tried a different power outlet? BUYER BEWARE
This is probably the WORST item I purchased when shopping for baby items. If I could give it a zero, I would. The monitor will not work unless itâs plugged in, it dies instantly when unplugged, the sound quality is very poor and customer service at AngleCare is the worst.
La calidad de imagen es buena sin embargo nos aparece en muchas ocasiones un mensaje en la pantalla diciendo que existe un error de comunicación ( aunque en realidad no existe dicho error)….
Great monitor but the battery life on the video only lasts half a day off the charger. We have it plugged it most of the time except the occasional time.
Picture isn’t awesome, but it works. Main issue is that the camera stopped working after about 3 weeks. I got a different brand to replace it and I’m happier with it.
No tiene buena señal, se activa la alarma sin razón, mal sonido, el cable cargador no sirve , no lo recomiendo
