Warm and cozy, but pay attention to size
I have my son enrolled in a weekly forest play program, and winter arrived early this year! I knew I would need a wool blend sock to keep his feet warm for two hours of outdoor play in -12 C. These socks ended up being a great choice, paired with warm boots. No cold toes here! He is almost 3, but wears a size 9/10 shoe. It’s too bad the socks are sized by age (1-3, 4-7 etc), but I’m glad I followed my gut feeling to purchase age 4-7, just from experience knowing his feet are big. I hope that tip helps the next family choose the right size!
Thick socks that stay together
My two year oldâs socks seem to get worn so quickly. These have held up! They seem warm, but I was looking for a warm sock that isnât so thick. Even though I sized up his winter boots, they were still a tight squeeze with these socks on. Therefore, we didnât get as much wear as we would have liked out them.

My 5 year old Granddaughter takes a 10 runner i orders the size for 4-7yrs Iâm sure she will fit them next winter as well she has a little room but still they stay on ..nice warm sock nice design expensive but worth it ⦠gives me piece of mind her feet will stay warm . I will for sure be ordering more as I need them
Warm, but Runs small!
We ordered the 5-7. Our daughter is 6. At first these wore JUST high enough, but at the end of the day she complained that they kept sliding down. Then after washing them they got even smaller! They are nice and thick and warm, but they are like toddler socks on her. What a waste. We didnât return them because she already wore a pair. Itâs too bad because we would love to return and size up

Warm and quality sock but does make feet ultra sweaty – careful when putting winter boots on
These are great socks, I have a child who gets cold feet easily and also doesn’t like to sleep with covers so I have to get creative! He wears these with winter boots but I don’t usually have him wear them at home because his feet do get too hot and sweaty and at just 2 years of age he is able to tell me they itch and pulls them off. So – he wears these happily outside in very cold weather (i.e. canada -25C and colder). Where I am ultra careful is if i send him to daycare … when i pick him up and take off indoor play shoes for sure his feet are nearly soaked from heat … no good.

We love these socks! I ordered a size S (1-3Y) when my little one was 2 and wore a size 6/7 toddler shoe. Now I ordered a M (4-7Y) for the size 10 toddler shoe wearing 3-year-old, and they fit perfectly with a little room to grow. This size was a bit snug on my 6 year old who wore a size 1-2 kid’s shoe.I buy these socks for all my kids, and they breathe well enough and give enough cushion and comfort for year-round wear, but are especially good for cold weather. I love the variety of colors provided in each pack, too: not overly masculine or feminine, so they make great hand-me-downs :)Also, the weave balls up a little, but the fibers mesh more with each wash, so it actually seems to help them last longer, despite looking a bit like an old sweater. I bought these and another brand of wool socks at the same time for one of the little ones, and the other brand got big holes in them only a few weeks after purchase. Only one or two socks have developed a hole so far in this brand, and we’ve had them for about a year, with these being the sock of choice pretty much every day. :)I snapped a picture of (top to bottom) a new pair of M size, a year-old pair of S size, and a new pair of S size so that you can see the wear and shrinkage.
