I recently purchased the indoor 4MP camera and have been extremely impressed with its high quality and excellent value for money. The performance and image clarity and the 2 way talking are very valuable features.Initially, the product arrived without the SD card, which was a bit disappointing but clarified in the product description to be honest. However, when I reached out to customer support about this, they quickly turned the situation around. Lynette, from the support team, was exceptionally helpful. She responded to my emails immediately and arranged for a free memory card to be shipped to my address.This level of customer care is rare these days, and Lynetteâs prompt and thoughtful service made all the difference. Overall, I highly recommend this productânot only for its quality but also for the amazing customer support behind it.
Simple camera
This is my second purchase of these cameras. Really like that it rotates and moves so you can capture motion. Easy to install and you can get it up and running pretty fast with the app. You get an email from AOSU and if you have any questions on it, they are very quick to respond so customer service is great.The only wish is that it would come with the SD card as you can’t record any events without it. I ended up purchasing a pair of micro SD card on Amazon (comes in a set of 2 – 128GB) and putting those in. With the SD card, it started to record events right away and the images are clear and crisp. For the free version (record to local SD card and not cloud storage), it keeps the events on the card for a few days (I’ve had up to 5 days) but I think it depends on how many events it captures. If you want longer recall timeframes for the events captured, you would need to go with their cloud storage packages.An upgrade to the app would be they have more voices (especially male) on the app instead of just “uncle” and “clown.” Not sure what the clown one is for so it’s kind of useless. They used to have a “child” voice too but glad they got rid of it. It also has a phone button on the front of the camera so it will dial someone really quickly and it’s super sensitive so if you’re moving the camera, be careful of it or else you will be calling someone. 🙂 It is also compatible with Google Assistant (they seem to highlight Alexa).Overall, good little cameras and for a pack of two, it’s a very decent price!

Excellent camera, just missing one feature.
Very nice camera! I love the way it pans around the room automatically and the movement detection. The night vision is perfect, providing a nice clear image in total darkness. The software is easy to configure and use, and it was very easy to set up the camera on my network.In fact, if not for a couple of details, and one little bug, I would have given this camera a full 5-star rating. Two things I would have liked to see are as follows: 1) I would like to be able to view the camera on my PC or Laptop, instead of being limited to only viewing it on my phone or on a tablet. 2) It should be possible to save videos on my smartphone, instead of only on the memory card in the camera. If an intruder takes the camera or removes the memory card, all video proof goes with them. Of course, I could pay for cloud service, but that is not something I wish to do.Finally, I noticed an annoying little bug. When I set the camera to ‘cruise’, along with motion detection, every hour when it does a ‘cruise’ or security pan around the room, it detects movement and sends an alert one minute before it does its pan. All I can see is that the camera detects its own movement and considers that to be alert worthy. It would be funny if it were not so annoying. Other than that, it is a fine camera with excellent image quality.
I bought this camera nearly a couple of years back, since it works with both 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, doesn’t need a subscription, and best of all, is not too expensive. The device was very easy to setup, and it has been extremely useful for us to monitor certain areas of the house. The picture quality is top-notch, the night vision is excellent, and if you have a micro-SD card, you can also store a recording of all events. You can do all this without needing a separate subscription for the cloud (though that option is also available, the app never pushes you towards it). You can monitor all of it through the app, even if you’re outside the house.All the above is about the camera, now moving on to their customer service. After nearly two years, I started having minor issues with the camera, with the video stream not working properly occasionally. I contacted support, they immediately replied and gave me few different instructions to try out. When I tried all that and it still didn’t work, they sent me a replacement for free just like that, and it was quickly delivered as well. Julie from support, thanks a lot for that. :)So, if you’re looking for a top-quality camera that’s not too expensive, I’m not sure if you’ll be able to find a better one.
I purchased two of these cameras, as they are really great, but one stopped working, after over a year , so I asked for help on the app, the customer service, was absolutely amazing, and so helpful, but the camera would not still connect, an amazing lady called JULIE, contacted me through the AOSU APP, customer service, she apologised for any inconvenience, she organised and sent me a new camera, as a replacement, absolutely outstanding service, cannot recommend enough, Brilliant products, Company and Service, a big thank you to JULIE, outstanding.
Ho acquistato questa telecamera di sicurezza da più o meno un anno e sono estremamente soddisfatto. Lâinstallazione è stata semplice e lâapp mobile è intuitiva, permettendo di monitorare la casa in tempo reale. La qualità dellâimmagine è eccellente, sia di giorno che di notte, grazie alla visione notturna chiara. Per il prezzo, offre un ottimo rapporto qualità -prezzo. La consiglio a chi cerca una soluzione efficace per la sicurezza domestica!
La cámara funciona bastante bien, detecta muy bien los movimientos, esto lo puedes configurar dependiendo de donde la pongas y que quieres que detecte, animales, humanos etc. Puedes colocarla, en una superficie plana, en el techo o en un trÃpode pequeño, como es en mi caso. Puedes guardar los videos en una tarjeta, subirlos a la nube o si no quieres esas dos opciones, cuando detecte un movimiento y veas en directo puedes grabar directamente en la galerÃa del móvil, dándole a una pequeña cámara que tienes debajo de lo que estas viendo. En la parte de movimiento, puedes configurarlo fácilmente con varias opciones. Tiene visión nocturna en blanco y negro, bastante nÃtida y muy buenas visión, con las luces apagadas. En cuanto al vendedor un 10 por el servicio al cliente. En general mea gustado todo de la camara.
UPDATE der alten Rezension:Preis-Leistung ist super. Die Einrichtung der Kamera mithilfe der App ist einfach und geht schnell. Bildqualität ist gut und die KI erkennt auch zuverlässig Bewegungen im Raum.Achtung: es wird keine Speicherkarte mitgeliefert. Ich habe eine eigene Karte eingesetzt, das geht mithilfe der Anleitung in der App ziemlich einfach. Man kann auch eine vom Anbieter bereitgestellte Cloud-Lösung wählen (hier weià ich nicht, ob diese kostenpflichtig ist, da ich eine Speicherkarte verwende).Nachdem ich mit meiner ersten Kamera Schwierigkeiten hatte (siehe meine alte Rezension unten), hat sich der Kundenservice super schnell gemeldet und noch viel schneller die Kamera ausgetauscht. Vielen Dank!ALTE REZENSION:Preisleistung gut, aber in der Dämmerung/im Dunkeln oft Fehlmeldungen, dass Bewegungen erkannt wurden, obwohl niemand im Haus ist. AuÃerdem: Wenn ich abends die Kamera öffne, um zu +überprüfen, ob zuhause alles in Ordnung ist (wir haben eine ältere, kranke Katze zuhause und können so nach ihr schauen, wenn wir unterwegs sind), zeigt mir die Kamera oft nur Streifen an. Im Dunkeln scheint sie, zumindest bei uns zuhause so ihre Schwierigkeiten zu haben.
