Works amazing
It took me ages to figure out what baby monitor I wanted to use once I was having a second baby, when I came across arenti – its been the best decision! It is super crisp and clear, has great audio, and works well with the app as well as monitor. Customer service has been super helpful when I was having issues connecting the camera to the monitor and getting signal a couple rooms away when it suddenly stopped working, and my only suggestion for the app is to be able to have the app audio running in the background when the phone is locked or your in another app like my other baby monitor does.I really like that it can follow motion, be moved around virtually, and the light settings. It really has been a great investment, and before the cameras were sold individually (initially they only sold the camera and monitor duo) they sent a code to save if I wanted to purchase another set and utilize its camera to save a percentage off. I did end up waiting until the camera was available solo as I have another monitor for over the crib, but it was a great gesture.

The picture is clear and I like that you can link to the physical monitor they have, as well as the app!The only issue is its not the easiest to place in the baby room or our room.
Incredible Customer Support!
We purchased two of these cameras and a montor. The camera has been superb and fit our needs perfectly. More so than the camera, any challenges we have experienced have been resolved instantly and with tremendous grace. We received a new camera for a defective one within 1 day of writing to the team, as well as a firmware update to help facilitiate audio from both of our cameras within 2 hours of writing to the team. Customer service has been far better than other branded competitors. Special shout out to Cathy for all her great customer care! Would purchase again from them without any hesitation!
Parents BEWARE!
Very disappointed with this product and customer service. The lens clicks on and off on it’s own which is especially concerning when using as a baby camera. Customer support offered to send a new camera 4 months ago and it never arrived. No communication since then.
Just inane!!!
So happy with this camera. I bought a second one tk use for both my sons. Itâs so crisp and clear I canât get over the quality. We had a vetch that was double the cost and couldnât see at night well. Also has a pager tbey can press on the camera that will trigger an alert on your end. Your voice is clear when you speak to to them not scary sounding lol my favorite part is you can connect it threw the monitor or your own device.
Superb Customer Service
I have to say, their customer service is amazing. I’ve bought multiple products from Arenti – baby monitor set and 2 sets of cameras in a span of a year/year and a half. I think there may have been a defective camera since the signal was really faint moving from room to room while another was completely fine. I reached out to find a solution and their team had first communicated with me to update the firmware. While some issues were solved, not all issues were and then the team gladly went above and beyond to send me a new product.I would gladly buy again and continue to buy from them as I know I’ll be taken care of if any issues arise. Camera monitor broke, but the customer service helped us out.
Did not even last an year. The camera monitor broke. Good concept otherwise and allows you to use two cameras at the same time to monitor kids in separate room.This was my earlier review, but the company reached out to me and made me whole. And the cameras are still working fine. So, what I do say is that electronics can malfunction (due to various reasons), but as long as you buy from a company who will stand by their products & make sure you don’t suffer, that is good.That way, I’m happy with Arenti now and have upgraded my number of stars.
Love this camera
Love love love, doesnât need wifi connection for the monitor which great for on the move. Can connect to wifi which is great for husband who is away for work a lot to look at our baby in his phone.
