My Daughter is now at the age where she is standing up in the tub, so a slip free bottom Was an absolute must.I love how bright and colorful this one is But most importantly it does its job.The underside has a lot of suction cups, which I really liked, because it means even if a couple don’t stick well, there’s a lot of other ones there, to ensure it doesn’t move around.The suction cups are not extremely strong. So my daughter was definitely able to pull it up at the side, but again.There are so many suction cups that it really doesn’t matter.We have a decently narrow bathtub, so it fits almost perfectly with part of the Mat Covering the drain plug, which is great Because she plays with it a lot less And doesn’t drain her bath.If you had a really wide tub considering children are typically standing up the side of the tub, I do wonder if it would work as well if it doesn’t cover as much of the base. For us, however, it’s perfect.All in all, we are very happy with the quality of the matIt is recommended to pull the Mat out of the tub after use so it can air dry properly. We have stuck it to the wall. However, when dry the suction cups, don’t work as well, so it will eventually fall off the wall. Usually in the middle of the night.
Toddler use is great
We got this for our tub for our toddler. It’s great we’ve been using it for several months. I sick it on every night and rinse and let it hang dry when done. No mold so far if taken care of this way. My toddler throws tough toys on it everyday and no rips. It’s good quality. Great grip. Covers rub really well.
