Reviews

  1. Adorable toy
    super cute toy for baby

  2. Cute duck family toy
This cute duck toy is very interesting. My friend’s son is 8 months old and can crawl. It’s fun to chase the walking duck. The duck can sing and has a light, which is soft. The two baby ducks are also very cute and can walk around. They can follow the mother duck, just like a baby follows its mother. The plastic material of the whole toy is excellent, there is no smell of plastic, and it is safe for children’s health. In general, this toy is suitable for children under 2 years old.

  3. still trying to get into the battery compartment
came as described and look very sturdy and cute. However, the batter compartment needs a very long skinny screwdriver to get into it, and heres to guessing what type of screwdriver it even needs, flathead? phillips? I have tried my glasses repair screwdriver as it’s skinny enough to get in there but just not long enough. I have tried my regular phillips but it’s to wide and also not long enough. We will continue to look through our tool box for something that will work, but so far no luck. It would be nice if this came with an allen key or something at very minimum…..

  4. Needs better instructions, rechargeable batteries
When you have a toy that requires you to operate switches, adjust settings, or open it up to insert batteries, you plain, flat-out, NEED some instructions. What size batteries? Where do they go? How many? What does this button do?This admittedly cute duck set is severely lacking in that department. There are some pics and a little info on the side of the box, but it’s by no means complete. While it may be cute, this thing is a battery hog. Each duckling takes 2 AAAs (4 total), while the momma requires 3 AA cells. A grand total of 7 batteries. That’s a LOT of batteries for one toy.On the plus side, it is reasonably sturdy and very cute. I can’t comment on the price because there isn’t one currently listed.

  5. Decu
    Plus petit que je pensais

  6. Ok but…
My one year old grandson loves ducks. He like these,,watches them, but I am afraid he could pinch his skin or tongue in the turning wheels. Hair could also get tangled around the wheels. Adult supervision is needed!!

  7. Inaccessible and defective battery compartment
The positive reviews for this are completely unreliable. There’s no way the small ducks battery compartment closes once the batteries are in.The large duck the battery scompartment screw is so difficult to access you need a long very fine screwdriver like the watch ones and it’s not very secure.Misleading and disappointing purchase

  8. It is for 3+ year old child
Description of the toy is wrong – it is not for a 6 -months baby , but in fact for 3+ y.o. child, as there are moving parts, which are dangerous for a little baby. Except this, you need to have a special screwdriver to put batteries.

  9. Amazing quality and very cute

  10. Easy to assemble and well worth the money. My 1-year-old absolutely loves this toy. She enjoys banging around on the keys and drums, but she’ll often just press the buttons to play the recorded music and rock out. It’s pretty funny watching her skip forward to get to her favorite songs. There’s a huge variety of songs, too: some sung, some instrumental, and others highlighting specific instruments.

  11. Super cute mama and baby ducks, they all work independently with batteries so 2 babies walk around and mama but they all can be magnetic together as well. Does take good amount of batteries 2 babies takes 2 AAA each and mama takes 3 AA. Cute little music, placed in hula hoop on floor for tummy time baby loves, toddlers would enjoy too

  12. Of the two “talking” toys our daughter received for Christmas, this one is her favorite. I like that it has a kid-sounding voice rather than an adult talking cutesy. It has multiple different modes. The little yellow button switches between piano, guitar, solmization (do-re-mi), trumpet and maybe one more. I forget. There’s a “switch” on the right that she’s had no trouble changing, though she obviously doesn’t know the difference. It changes between glockenspiel, xylophone, animals and colors. Like one of the video reviews demonstrated, some of the words can accidentally sound “dirty” but, well, it’s a kid’s toy. Hardly the first time I’ve heard one do that. In this case, “four” sounds a bit like “whore,” and “horse” sounds a bit like “whores.” The “bye-bye” it says when not interacted with for awhile oddly sounds like “Tie-Tie,” but since this happens to be a nickname we use for her, it usually just ends up drawing her attention back to it.In addition to all of the above, there are also five more additional modes, including one where you smack the drums that light up. Our nearly 8-month-old is still too young to follow that, but she sure loves hitting/chewing the cymbal and watching the flashing lights. And did I mention it also has detachable legs as well for both tummy and sitting play? Because it does. Not to mention the drumsticks that can be stored on the bottom of the unit to prevent them from getting lost. All in all, this item has been amazing, especially given the price paid. It’s one of her favorite toys to play with, so much so that the more expensive Fisher Price interactive toy she got from her grandparents barely gets any attention!Update 1 Aug 2022: A year and a half later, and she still loves this toy. It’s one of the ones she pulls into bed with her when she wakes up in the middle of the night (albeit turned off because no noisy toys when it’s sleeping time). We took the drumsticks away at some point between this update and the original review because we were concerned that her chewing on them was starting to crack the sticks and didn’t want the head of it to come off in her mouth. Other than that, the toy has been great. Only had to replace the batteries a handful of times thanks to it putting itself to sleep. Looks like she’ll get further use out of it yet!
