Not just for diapers and the nursery! I bought this to store, organize and transport my watercolor painting supplies and it works well. The bottom bin is good for your heavy items, while the two upper bins are good for lighter items. The two upper bins are attached with long strips of Velcro so Iâm not sure how much weight they are intended to hold, but a few pounds each for sure. The wheels roll nice and smooth over thin carpet or hard floors, but they are small so I donât think they would roll well in deep plush carpet. I emptied the contents of a big, cumbersome craft bag into this and now I can see what Iâm looking for and move it from room to room without having to carry it!
We are using as our small dog caddy, it is so handy to have everything in one place. Quick and easy to assemble and a compact design for all that it will hold.Normally, I am trying to find each item for grooming, as I am already grooming, as there’s always something too tall for her bag of stuff, or can’t be in there because it has to be on a flat surface, this solves all of these concerns. I can even roll it over to where we are.The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that, I am not sure how you could use once the felt shelves were soiled, as there is no metal shelf under the two felt shelves (they hang from metal poles). If you are storing all dry items it would be less of a problem, or if there were replacements for sale it would be no problem.
Very easy to put together. I had this assembled in less than 15 minutes. Seems to be sturdy and of good quality. I do think the velcro on the baskets could be stickier but it could just be me. I have 3 toddlers and wish I had something like this when they were babies because I’m able to store lots of baby items on it. It’s versatile too so you don’t even need to have kids to use it.
Ordered this for an upcoming grandchild and was very pleased at all the storage room this compact caddy has to offer. It is very easy to assemble and has plenty of room for storing diapers, wipes and other essentials. The two upper felt trays have divided mesh side pockets on both sides and can support the weight of diapers and other lightweight objects. The tray at the bottom of the cart is metal and a great place to store heavier objects. All three trays are all lined with felt which is neither washable or wipeable.My biggest disappointment with the caddy was the quality of the aluminum cross pieces. I ran into several openings that were bent outward, didn’t line up or had missing paint on the ends. I got it to work but it did mean bringing in additional tools to finish the job.
I got this to use for my craft projects and it’s perfect with all the little dividers. I can put my yarn in the big tray and all my tools in the divided tray. Plenty of room and easy to move as needed. It was easy to put together – took less than 30 minutes from unboxing to finished.
