They come in a little case. For me, the tools are a little difficult to use. The protective attachments really restrict my vision and I feel like they make it easier for me to make a mistake. I don’t really like the plastic tweezers.
This is a great all in one baby manicure set. I like that it comes in a clear storage case as well. All the tools are good quality and durable. They are all small and perfectly sized for baby.
Caring for a newborn’s nails has always been a slightly stressful task. Those tiny fingers are so delicate, and also those little nails can cause so much self harm for infants. This nail set is designed to try and address some of the concerns a parent may have when undertaking this job. The scissor cuts, the clipper clips, the file files, and the tweezer tweezes. That should be all anyone can ask, right? But I am looking for more when it comes to a baby’s nail care. I want something which ensures that I won’t inadvertently hurt the baby while trying to help them. Starting with the scissors, the ends are rounded–a good thing, but the blades are absolutely straight. This does two things: it makes it so more than a single cut is needed for each nail, and it creates sharp edges on those nails. Since a file is included, that issue can be addressed, but I would prefer to avoid the problem in the first place. The tweezers do have minuscule rounded tips, but the plastic is hard and feels a bit rough on the edges. I would not want to put this in my infant’s nose. I would prefer something with a soft silicone, protective edge. The clippers are scaled for tiny fingers, have a very slight curve, and will function as needed provided that care is taken when cutting. The set comes in a nice protective plastic case which is convenient for storage. Overall, this a a set which has some merit, but could be better. 3 stars.

The case doesnât hold the tools in place once the lid is opened. The implements are smaller sized and made of lightweight plastic and metal. The blade on the clippers is smaller sized, just right for baby. The clipper does a good job of clipping through nails. The tweezers are basic, and they can grip something equivalent to several strands of hair. The nail file is very nice. Itâs made out of glass and has medium grit. The scissors are surprisingly sharp, considering theyâre small and lightweight, and they have no trouble cutting through hair or paper.
