Description
This is a doctor-approved and thoroughly tested technique designed to break a baby’s cry spell and engage their natural calming reflex. Good product, short lived
It worked great, baby loved it, incorporated it into bedtime and naps and it was great. The design is brilliant because it can live in the crib with baby safely and itâs better than an app because it frees up your phone and you donât have to worry about someone calling or something and distrusting baby. Itâs worth it. Only lasted about 6 months, then stopped working… but at that point baby didnât need it anymore so I was okay with it.
Works great ð
Throughout the sleepless nights,the crying, yelling, and screaming, this product helped put an end to all of it. Navigating through the high pitch voice, and lectures about how I should be home by 10pm instead of hanging with the boys – I was able to quickly haul out My Baby Shusher and put my wife to sleep. It only took a few minutes on the Baby Shusher until she was asleep, while Grey’s Anatomy season 82 still playing on the tv. 10/10 would recommend.
Broke after less than two months
I bought this product as it was recommended to help my newborn twins fall asleep. It worked great but today all of a sudden it started glitching and playing strange sounds on a loop which is making my babies scream and cry. The return window has closed. This is very disappointing as it’s quite expensive for what it is (literally a little speaker with a battery). It’s a useful product but for the price it should be better quality.
Helps baby and parents to sleep
We found out about this from our newborn photographer. Very soothing sound for our baby and my husband and I, we use it every night. Convenient volume changes from low to high and has two settings for 15 and for 30 minutes. We prefer this over any white noise or music to sleep.
Baby loves it
I LOVE this product. When our son was 10 days old we took him for a newborn photoshoot and the photographer uses this to calm the babies down. At first we laughed at the repetitive shush sound but when we saw how well it work we naturally started shushing our son to sleep or to settle him. Obviously that got very tiring to do in the middle of the night when you’re sleep deprived and exhausted but as soon as we got this, it has helped our son sleep and calm so much faster and we didnt have to do it ourselves. The only downside for me is that it only goes on for 15 or 30 min so sometimes my son wakes up after it stops and to turn it back on it makes a clicking sound that can also wake a sleeping baby but other than that it is AMAZING and I wish I hadn’t gone the last 6 weeks without it.
Game changer
This little device changed everything! Our little one calmed so quickly with this and it saved our throat and voices from constantly doing it. I love the 2 different time settings and the adjustable volume. Itâs so simple but works great!
They make better products for the same concept
This worked amazing for my colicky baby when I was with them 24/7. But to leave her side, or the shushers side, meant it would time out at around 20 min and she would wake up. Not to mention the design flaw, this fell off of every surface I put it on (as I didn’t want to lay beside her head) and stopped working subsequently. It sounds crackly and shuts off early.I purchased a different portable sound machine shaped like an egg that has a shush sound function. That works 100% better and I wish I would’ve purchased that first. Good luck!
Good product
I use this in our photography studio to help with white noise for the little ones. It works great and the parents are always happy to see something work when their little one is a bit cranky.
After two little ones, this product is at the TOP of my list for favorite, most-used baby products in the infant years! It is extremely useful both at home and on the go. Instead of having to make the “shhh” sound over and over yourself, this shusher makes it so easy, especially in those late night hours when you can take all the help you can get!It can be set to run for 15 minutes or 30 minutes which is nice so that you can set it in the nursery and not have to come back to turn it off. It really worked like magic for our two babies to help soothe them! After giving them a pacifier, rocking gently, and using the shusher, they were usually sound asleep! It is one of my most recommended baby items to friends making baby registries! Great gift to take to a baby shower as well, especially if you need something gender neutral. Love this product. A baby product you will actually use!
Es un aparato que conocà por unos amigos, me recomendaron la aplicación pero sentà más práctico tenerlo en fÃsico.Llegó bien empacado y ya con baterÃas instaladas, listo para usarse.Tiene un solo sonido que se programa por 15 min y 30 min y se le regula el volumen.Ayuda mucho a tranquilizar a mi bebé hasta yo termino adormilada.
Quando lâabbiamo aperto siamo rimasti un poâ appresa perché per quello che costa mi aspettavo qualcosina in più. ( tipo ricaricabile )Però non posso dire altro che funziona veramente bene.
