Great for more than strollers!
We used these to hang off our backpacks in Disneyland to hold our ears using the Velcro loop side wrapped around the centre of the ears and the carabiner as the clip to our bag.Worked perfectly! And so much cheaper than all the ear holders we found online!
Works on walkers too
I use these to attach extra things to my walker- light bags, things I need to have quick access, or a water bottle with a strap! they are still holding up and I’ve had them for a while now

Quality is not great but does the job
This strap is a fake leather strap which, for the price makes sense. However the edges can be sharp if you are not paying attention. It is strong enough to hold my very full diaper bag on my stroller, though I can’t attest to any shopping bags as I haven’t used it on those quite yet. The hooks could be a little bigger to increase ease of use. All in all, it’s not a purchase I regret since I find that I do get a lot of use out of it, but it certainly wouldn’t have been my first choice had I seen it in person first.

The straps are good but the carabiners are smile and flimsy. IF you buy them keep the straps but buy different carabiners.
