Worth the money
We have bought six of these in various sizes for our vacation home in Belize, and they are great. Easy to put on (with two people, unless youâre just doing a twin bed, in which case one person can handle it pretty easily), nice and soft on top, noiseless under sheets. We use a mattress protector on the mattress itself before we put this one on and there is plenty of room to encase both mattress and protector without straining the zipper.
Was not paying attention when I ordered. Same as my last one.
Does not seem like it would hold a spill. Still have to test it but it fits my deep mattress
Good mattress protection
Used this in a camping trailer and while out trailer had a leak this did save our mattress so it was money well spent! Easy to put on and stayed put even though we move a lot in our sleep. No complaints and would buy again!

I bought this for my daughter’s crib and I am so thankful I did! I put this on under her sheets and thankfully the night I put them on, she happened to have a MAJOR spit up! I stripped the bed so I could change the sheets and I felt the mattress and it was bone dry!Just be prepared when you wash them, they could come over feeling very wet on one side. But that’s because they are water resistant, so they are doing what they are supposed to do!
Doesnât feel crinkly
So I was looking for a mattress protector that was waterproof for when my son inevitably ends up in my bed and Iâm currently potty training however I didnât want to sleep on a plastic sheet when I got this I really liked how it wasnât loud and crinkly by the next night I forgot it was even in my bedI would give it five stars if the mattress protection went on the sides of the bed as well but I guess they would be less likely to get wet anyways so not a deal breaker for me

This is the 6th mattress protector I have ordered from Bare Home. It is lightweight, but is waterproof. It doesn’t have a plastic sound or make me feel sweaty while sleeping on it. I like the terrycloth upper layer. That helps with the comfort. I refer anyone who asks me about a mattress cover to Bare Home. Best mattress cover I have ever owned.
Fits well. Had an odor when opened, but washed and hung dry per instructions and the odor was gone. Stays on the mattress on my adjustable bed.
I own three of these–two TXL and one Queen sized. I love the fine terrycloth top. I feel it helps keep the mattress pad from making the bed “sleep hot.” I put the queen sized on our bed in the master bedroom just for protection, placing it over the regular cushioned mattress pad. The two twin XL pads are on my husband’s hospital bed in the same room. He is now 76 and has Parkinson’s with Lewy Bodies. He fell recently while throwing the ball to the dog and shattered his upper femur. He has not been the same since the surgery anesthesia, though the leg healed well. However, his cognitive issues quadrupled. He went from relatively independent to totally dependent and in a wheelchair. He now has continence issues. I use these pads successively, making up his bed in layers and using protective pads as well. If we have an accident in the night I can roll up the soiled pad, sheet, and mattress protector and I have another clean sheet and mattress protector underneath. These launder beautifully. If I had a criticism it would be that I wish the terrycloth top extended down the sides of the mattress at least halfway. TWICE he has had an accident while sitting on the side edge of the bed, and the sides of the mattress pad are just the usual stretch knit–NOT waterproof. THEN I have to strip and launder ALL the layers–(Grimace.) I did purchase an all encompassing zip on waterproof sheath as my absolute bottom layer mattress protector, and that has saved the nice memory foam mattress I bought (on Amazon 😉 ) to replace the cheap and uncomfortable mattress that came with the hospital bed. I am remembering that I may actually own FOUR or FIVE of these pads. I also purchased them for the upstairs beds to protect against potential accidents when the younger grandchildren come to visit.
