Our bassinet came with the standard mattress and to be honest it was very hard and we felt he needed something for some comfort but safe. This was what we went with after doing research. He got amazing sleep quality. Itâs just thick enough to be comfortable but safe. Fits perfect in my Angelbliss bassinet. Good quality. Didnât smell at all like other comments had stated.
To soft and small in height. It was small for my baby bassinet. I waited for couple of hour to inflate the mattress but it didnt. Material was good and comfy but it was small in size. I have returned the product.
This is a much better quality bassinet mattress than what ours came with, which was a very thin piece of the cheapest foam. Baby sleeps so much more soundly now. Comes with a fully removable mattress protector. I think it’s waterproof on one side and just a regular mattress protector on the other. I did have baby sleeping on the side that didn’t have the extra plasticy layer and the spit up volcano that happened didn’t leak through to the mattress, so I think sleeping baby on either side works
