Our 8 month old did not love being in the back seat alone in the dark on long rides home. We looked pretty hard to find a simple car night light and came across this one. So far, so good! Plays light sounds if needed, but the light function if fun, engaging and actually helps my little guy to fall asleep. ** I wouldn’t suggest hanging this right above or in front of babies, if falls could hit baby in the head as the strap is pretty slippery! **
