Update: I was finally able to get in touch with their customer service and they helped me resolve the issue.I really tried to love this baby monitor, but unfortunately it has totally let me down. I bought it a few months ago and just started using it. Every single night, at least once a night, the device goes offline and you canât see the video anymore. The worst part is that it wakes up our baby who otherwise would be sleeping through the night! Itâs so incredibly frustrating because we have to compromise between not seeing our baby and only having the audio parent unit, or waking up to a crying baby since he gets started by the motion/noise when the camera goes offline ⦠this is a such an expensive product that itâs extremely upsetting!! I reached out to customer service a couple of days ago and they told me to leave feedback on the app but nothing changed and I havenât gotten a response to my other emails since⦠I wish I had a different experience since I love the concept and when the camera works itâs great! Unfortunately however, there are daily issues with it..
The camera angle is poor. The camera quality is sub-par. The customer service is the worst. I returned the item and they still havenât refunded me since November. I will never see that money again. When it comes to a child you want the very best and I believe their is a better company out there who actually cares about your child and their well-being. I do not recommend this product to anyone.
So happy we found this! EMFs are a real thing that weâre just catching up too. Infants absorb 10x more radiation than adults due to their soft cartilage and bones not completely hardened. I feel at peace knowing Iâm not adding to the EMfs my baby is exposed to.
