Bottom holds at least 2-3 scoops, middle holds 1-2, and top holds 1. Nice to have different flavours on a trip. Pill container is a great idea for vitamins. Does need something to spoon/scoop out or it will be messy getting into shaker.
Exactly what I was looking for
It’s hard to find a container for vitamins that is not clear. I wanted something to put on my counter so I would remember to take my supplements at mealtimes. I can also take it with me when I go. Each of the three containers have their own lids. I can use one, two or all three, together or separately. It is slightly shorter than a 710ml / 24 oz big can of soda. If needed, I can add more containers by buying another.
