Not Eye Safe!!!
Not Eye Safe, in regard to the lasers. Pretty much any laser is not eye safe, they say lasers less than 5 milliwatt, like this one, are safe, but that is only if you blink to avoid the eye burning light. I’m not worried about myself, but if my cats or kids were to stare into the emitter I’d be scared for them. So I just turn the star feature off, it looks bad anyway because they are green. (Which white lasers are very expensive).OTHERWISE,I really enjoy this light and speaker combo, if you don’t have one you’re missing out. To my eye the aurora is pretty hard to make out some repetition or grid, although it’s no replacement for the real thing, which I see regularly. The moon is pretty cool and calming.I really enjoy playing some sleep music and dimming the aurora, before I go to sleep. Clears my mind. I’ve been suffering with chronic sleep abnormalities for my whole life, this is no fix but when I put it on my body says, “time for bed”, so it makes it easier to sleep.It’s a really good night light, don’t have to be ashamed, it helps me see to walk up to the bed after I turn the lights out.I originally bought this for something my cats can stare at, they enjoy it, but maybe not as much as me.I use a small battery pack so I can place this anywhere in the room, I get about 16-20 hours of use per charge for a normal phone sized pack. That’s playing audio low and lights dimmed.The remote is awesome, you can customize the colours, turn features on and off, adjust volume, dim, change dance rhythm, etc.Overall, I’d buy again in a heartbeat, but I’d skip the lasers, IDK why they couldn’t do a projection like the moon, for the stars. Be nice to see the milky way, or orions belt.

iâll be honest, i impulse bought this without a lot of thought involved. i donât regret it at all, itâs beautiful with 4 different and combinable colour options. thereâs a bunch of different modes and three main options: aurora, stars, moon.it also can connect via bluetooth to play music and although the speaker isnât great quality, itâs still really cool. i could lie in bed and watch it for hours coming out, my favourite is the green/blue aurora combo!i have it off in the corner and it reaches the entirety of my relatively large room (10×20) easily.

This thing is so fun. Really helps me relax in the evening. Pretty good variation in colour, can combine red, green, blue, and white any way you like, the moon can be on or off, as well as the stars. It works best when tilted up slightly so you’ll need to prop something up under it. Also works best in small/medium sized rooms.It has Bluetooth connectivity so I assume you can make it play music, but I don’t care about that feature so have not tried it.My only complaint is that the stars are green and their colour cannot be changed, they’re always green, but they too can be turned off completely if you just want the Aurora effect. Would recommend. 4 stars.
Nice relaxing light and good “soft” speaker.
Everything as advertised, except that the way it synchronizes with music might not be to your taste. (It gets way blinkier than I would’ve liked, and you totally loose control of which parts follows the music or not, as soon as you go to that option. Meaning you will get a blinking moon and stars and not be able to choose to concentrate on the aurora. Also, it will not affect the speed of each effects, only provoke blinking.)Otherwise it controls like a charm, creates a nice mood (although a quite fantastic one considering the green stars), and play music nicely though not loud enough for a party and more adapted to ambient sound to sleep or work. (Weird thing though, considering they only left the MANIC RAVE option for the music animated synchronicity.)For now though, it does exactly what it was intended for, and that is breaking the monotony of a reading room. (At slower speed levels and using diverse combination of effects.) I do love that you can have either a static or cycling moon, though the option is subtle enough that I didn’t noticed it at first.I’m less a fan that they use a laser for the stars though, since this mean the projector should be away from the line of sight… which is difficult if you want to cover a full room, considering you’ll need to put it as low and centred in the room as possible.For now we managed to put in on a drawer in a corner. This fails to illuminate the full roof, but it does create enough illumination to enlighten the room.

Repeatedly failed after a few minutes
Even with the timer set to 1 or 2 hours duration, the projector kept shutting off. And we never could get the aurora feature to be animated the way they show in their video: it would only shift between a couple of colors but we could not adjust the speed + or – buttons to show any actual flow. The BT speaker is under the unit and quiet even at max volume. Maybe we just got a dud. Am attempting to return it tomorrow for refund.

This neat little projector makes a great gift! I purchased it for a sensory surprise for my ADHD Teenager forChristmas. He immediately set it up easily, right out of the box, and had the lights going with the moon and stars projecting on the ceiling. It appears you can set the box either flat for the ceiling, or on the wider short end of the base to project on a wall. There is also a bluetooth speaker on the underneath, so you can play music while you watch the light show. The music is fairly loud, but not too loud, and though a few people said the sound was not great on theirs, on ours it sounded fine. My kid likes to do this while they home school. It relaxes them and allows them to concentrate while doing school work. The unit comes with a nice remote that changes the colors and speed of the Auroras, and you can also choose the options with or without moon or stars and turn up the brightness of the moon, if desired. One thing that we did not care for about this unit is that the stars appear green. We thought you are supposed to be able to change the colors of the stars on the remote, but the Seller said they remain green. The stars give the impression of glitter when turned on with the Auroras. You can can also turn them on sans the Auroras and with or without moon. All in all, it’s a pretty neat item. Makes a cool ambiance in your room or living room space. The cats love it too and it puts them to sleep.

En general es buen producto. Me hubiera gustado que las estrellas fueran blancas o azules, ya que son de color verde. También me hubiera gustado poder modificar la intensidad de las estrellas en modo fijo. en general para un niño hace un efecto mágico y les encanta como luz de noche. es programable y se puede sincronizar con música mediante Bluetooth.
