Tested â yes these are waterproofIâm very satisfied with this 2-pack of mattress protectors:- I tested them and they are definitely waterproof.- The fabric is soft, with thick quilting â very comfortable.- They wash well in the machine, no problems in the dryer either.- Deep edges and corners with strong elastic hold them in place while on the mattress.- No plasticky sound when moving around on them.I am using them to protect an expensive large dog bed â they are the perfect dimensions for this. Itâs a lot easier to take these off to wash than to take the dog bed cover off, and my dog loves to snuggle into it. Theyâre also a lot cooler in summer than the velvet fabric of the dog bed. They are very effective at protecting the mattress from odours. Plus itâs super convenient that they come as a 2-pack, you always have a spare on hand!

I’ve bought a few brands of these things now, and I’ve noted that they’re all pretty similar in terms of construction; a waterproof layer followed by some padding and a soft cotton (or poly) layer. The top layers will absorb water while the bottom layer is what is meant to stop water from reaching the mattress. It works well; small spills did not seem through the cover, and the elastic helps it fit onto mattresses of various thicknesses.What is really nice about this is the price; a 2 pack even at a non-sale price is already better than most, and when it’s on sale it’s an excellent value; and you’d want two anyways so you can swap them when one gets wet so you always have coverage on the mattress.Overall I, along with my toddler’s mattress, are very happy with the purchase.

These protectors work really well, it fits the crib mattress well. It is truly waterproof, as we have had it tested multiple times and it washes and dries easily. Just want you want for a crib. I like that it comes in a 2 pack so we can wash one while still having a second one to keep in the crib.
Confirmed: it IS waterproof
Nothing is worse than buying a waterproof crib pad and finding out it is not waterproof. I took pictures as I tested it to confirm the productâs claim.This is not what I would call âthick hollow cottonâ on the top side. It is not fluffy but is comparable to others I have bought. It is not a 360 â degree sheet and would best be described as 180 â degree. This is a fitted sheet to go over the mattress corners, leaving the underside uncovered.I advise to air dry it only if you want it to last even though the sewn in label states âtumble dry lowâ. There is a two pack available. From experience Iâve found if a dryer is used on any waterproof pad, they lose waterproofness, become brittle or crack up over time.
