This is a fantastic product. The camera can be positioned differently and you get to set up the crib area on the app. You also get to choose which notifications you want to get or not.I can put little melodies or white noise for my baby to help her fall asleep.On top of everything, Cubo has an excellent customer service. I was not able to synchronize the pad and they helped me troubleshoot. When I didnât answer, they would follow up to make sure the issue was resolved which I really appreciated.
Unfortunately disappointed
We had this device highly recommended from some friends and they even showed us how well it worked and user friendly it is ,Ours has not functioned properly and has been a hassle to get any resolution with getting it to work with IT department, very disappointed and it was not cheap device

So far this camera has worked reliably on our home network connected to multiple devices both android and apple. We have not experience many false alarms of any significance and would recommend this to new parents.
Fine when it works, but for this price I was expecting better than fine.
Honestly, this monitor worked well for us for the first 6 months we used it. Then they updated the app with a bunch of new features that crashed it all the time, and we started having issues with the app restarting randomly (but not restarting the background sound), wifi connectivity issues, etc. Now it seems that at least once every week, I would wake up in the morning and realize that the background sound decided to turn off overnight and I slept through my child crying. Even for naps during the day, I’ll be listening to my child using the background sound function, and randomly it’ll just stop. It’s so frustrating because this was an expensive purchase. I would return this if I could.

Disconnect from Wi-Fi.
Purchases product and on day one connected to the Internet after one hour would not keep connection with Wi-Fi. Their customer service is absolutely nonexistent. You have to do an online chat that takes hours to get back to you. They keep blaming it on the Wi-Fi. We have great Wi-Fi throughout the house in many tests. The camera was mounted at about 10 feet from the main modem so there cannot be an issue with Wi-Fi. It is defective product would not recommend poor for customer service.

From looking up reviews, watching videos online, we knew the CuboAi plus was what we needed. The product arrived very quick, we were not disappointed. Everything was easy to unbox and setup. We would recommend this product to everyone. Using this at night is a great peace of mind as we can monitor baby, hear everything and get notifications if there are any issues. Easy app to install. We use it on phones, tablet and also on our Alexas
The design looks great, and unlike many other baby monitors it comes with a floor stand and can track the babies breathing without anything going on the baby. In reality though, the sensors battery runs out after a few days (uses 4 AA batteries), and the camera itself constantly disconnects from the WiFi so you have to go back to the babies room and reconnect it which takes time. It has some good extras like a night light, and plays smoothing music but it fails to act as a baby monitor, and for the price its ridiculous it doesn’t do what I bought what it for.I’m returning it for a basic baby monitor, that will cost a lot lot less, and probably work flawlessly.Despite the advertised promises and potential it has it really doesn’t live up to them, and should be avoided if you want something to let you watch your baby when your not in the same room as them.
Quality of the camera is really good, sensor pad is great. Was really good for the first couple weeks of baby being home, didn’t have to constantly feel the need to check on baby’s breathing. Just set it all up, and watch your baby on the iPad or iphone or whatever and can see your baby’s breathing and room temp, if baby is awake or not. It’s fantastic
Update:31/01/2024- new camera arrived and worked straight away- I must comment on the customer service as it fell out of the 1 year warranty period. Although the UK has a 6 year rule anyhow⦠all great stuff!25/01/2024- Cubo have kindly offered to replace the cameraMy Cubo Ai Plus which I started using from the 27th September 2022 has now fried and stopped working on the 24th January 2024. £300 camera set which lasted just short of 16 months!!I now have no camera etc all of a sudden in my little oneâs room (would cause distress to most parents) and also she is used to the white noise out the camera which has stopped therefore another routine disturbance.Camera was due an update on the 23/01/2024 and itâs a such coincidence that it updates when the baby leaves the crib and then upon returning to the camera tonight it is dead.
