Buyers Beware Of Seller (LDYQUS) & Amazonâs Refund Refusal
I bought as gift 3 items from Seller, for my grandchildren, these items were eligible for refund on Amazonâs webpage; items (Night Lights) were custom made.Upon delivery/receipt I discovered all 3 items were defective due to poor quality control, following was observedâ¦all 3 glasses were smeared with fingerprint marks and dust, which were uncleanable, the glasses were not sturdy and wobbled, and the lightings/power switches responded poorly (finicky) and was too dim.The Seller requested for pictures of the conditions described, which I tried but did not depict the poor conditions and so, no pictures were sent.Both Seller and Amazon denied a full refund because no pictures were sent. On 3 occasion Amazon agents mentioned that we are entitled to a refund and requested we appeal to A-Z Team, which I did but, they reverted with a refusal to refund.I intend to discontinue purchase of any products from Amazon and will terminate my Prime membership.
