Great product, even better customer service.
We ordered this as a Christmas present from Santa for our 4 year old.Boy, did Santa not disappoint. Our son instantly loved this construction set (the box cover is visually attractive).There were no pieces/stickers missing, and the quality of each item was much better than imagined, even if the reviews are quite positive. The excavator and the front-loader with all its attachments are particularly impressive. (After a few days of constant playing, we do think that the crane should have a heavier base as it topples very easily. It’s easy to work around it, but it’s definitely an improvement that could be made).Each item was individually wrapped in bubble wrap, except for the front-loader attachements that were all in the same bubble wrap bag.This is where we encountered an issue. As I was taking out the attachments, the forklift attachment broke (see attached picture). Seeing as everything was so well wrapped and of such impressive quality, we believed the only explanation was that the forklift attachment was defective. Needless to say that our 4 year old was heartbroken that Santa brought him a broken forklift.I contacted the company through the iMessage chat that was created when I activated the 3 month replacement warranty that came on a card in the box. The customer service replied within 12 hours, and after explaining the situation, they promptly sent us a replacement. It arrived within a week of my first contact.Our little man was over the moon this morning when he realized that Santa (or his elves) somehow came and fixed the forklift. It was such a happy moment!We credit the great customer service for making it happen!

Edited – nice toy, suitable for age 4+
I received a replacement after our first order seemed to be faulty. Because a three year old os playing with the set, we have put away the small pieces for future use. For now, he loves to play with the trucks and crane (which is actually quite tall but pulls apart into smaller pieces for storage). The trucks feel sturdy and the tractor has different attachments like plow and steamroller, which is nice. The attachments are difficult for a child to change. I have given it four stars also because the hook on the plastic bar for the crane broke a little too quickly and it is too easy for the tire tracks to come off the excavator.Overall happy with the purchase.
