Great gift idea for organizing a closet
I ordered these as a gift for an upcoming baby shower. I personally like wood instead of plastic, and the lettering, while likely machine printed, gives the dividers a hand-crafted look and feel. The problem with wood is its tendency to warp, and this is a three-ply plywood about 3/32″ thick. They don’t identify the wood species, but the grain reminds me of mahogany, an aircraft-grade plywood.It’s worth considering that a child’s closet is rarely filled with clothing for just one age group. From newborn to 24+ months, there’s always a mix of clothing that the child is growing out of and the clothing they’re growing into. In our case, with two children within 18 months, a closet with four dividers would have been a practical and useful solution for the organisation.This comes with a nice bag to protect and store the dividers that are not in use.
