Surprised in a great way
THE D1 – From all the choices of songs and white noise, to the slight and natural increase and decrease of the volume, this was a fantastic upgrade from what we had. The night light options are just a great added bonus. My daughter just loves it, Mamma approved!THE D8 – Bought this recently as its cheaper and wanted to save a little money. Bought it with the intent on using it for my newborn baby. Tested it once it arrived and the quality is definitely less than what the D1 is, it also cuts in and out or volume goes high for a second than back down. It is limited in noise options compared to the D1. Overall, spend the extra $$ and get the D1 over the D8.
Excellent quality
I recently ordered a different sound machine for my bedroom but wasn’t crazy about it. I bought this one to try and right away I could see the difference in quality. It’s a nice solid weight, comes with a wall charger with a long cord to plug it into the wall and has a nice sleek look. The sounds are all unique and soothing, I especially enjoy the fan sounds as I usually sleep with a fan on. It has a built-in nightlight with two light settings. Timers for 30,60,90 minutes and continuous.I love it so much I ordered another one as a Christmas gift for my MIL.

I am someone who is really sensitive to sounds, the way things sound, like I hate listening to something from my iPhone or laptop speaker and stuff like that. I tried so many different sound machines and nothing compares to this one because it has a depth to the sound, doesn’t sound high pitch or static. i’m not sure how to describe it but it’s not annoying like other white noise machines I had. it sort of has like a bass and depth to the sound that I really appreciate. tons of different options white noise, music, nature, volume, nightlight, usb plug. its perfect. bought in 2019 and its 2023 now and i’m still using the same one with my daughter. If it broke I would need to buy it again. we bring it when we go travelling too. helps us both sleep better. if anyone asks me about helping the baby sleep or a good noise machine I show them this product lol
Love this sound machine
Got this for baby #2 and heâs 2.5 now and we use every night and nap. Great sound, with lots of volume if needed. I canât say enough about the Quality of sound- very crisp and clear. Many variations of white noise- brown, pink, white also multiple fan sounds, nature sounds and lullabyâs. Timers- we donât use. Soft glowing night light ring around the unit is not too bright for late night checks on baby and easy to find in the dark as the light button is right in the middle of unit.Absolutely recommend for babies or adults.
Easy to use and cute
I really enjoy noise machines for background noise to sleep. I bought this one based on reviews for the machine and the company, and I was really pleased. It has a lot of different sounds to play (nature, ‘white noise’, as well as fan noises), based on 30, 60 or 90 minute timers, or a continuous playing option. There’s so many different options to play; I personally like water sounds as they’re pretty peaceful. This would also probably be good for a baby as there are a couple lullabies and even a heartbeat sound. There’s a ‘nightlight’ capability with the one I got (the black machine); I don’t really use it or like it but I think it’d be good for those looking for that option and you can easily turn it on or off. My only thing, though it could just be me, is the sound quality itself in that I find the sound rather than the volume is slightly ‘heavy’, if that makes any sense, so I just turn the volume down a little more. My boyfriend isn’t picky and doesn’t hear any issues though so he doesn’t mind if I use the machine to sleep and I think he enjoys it (he likes the fireplace sound). I do use it every night before going to bed for 30 minutes, during naps, and I’ll put it on if ever I wake up in the middle of the night to help sleep. It’s very easy to use and the machine itself seems very sturdy/durable. It has a great smaller size so it seems ideal for travel. I would recommend to anyone looking for a noise machine for background sound.

This sound machine blew me away with the quality of sound! With so many different sound options and a great range in volume, I had no trouble selecting a few options my daughter liked. Some of my favourite options were ceiling fan (7 different variations!) , campfire, and rain. When I first turned it on I thought it was quite loud already, but that is only the medium volume setting. If you were to use in an adult’s room and wanted the sound to be much higher, it can go very high!It’s also extremely convenient that it remembers what settings you used last time, and sets it to those when you next turn the machine on again. The nightlight has a soft glow and is not too bright, just enough for you to see to get out of your child’s room once your eyes have adjusted in the darkness. Overall, I would say this is a great product – I was very pleased with the quality for such an affordable price!
