I cannot express how much this has improved my life. I’m very prone to clogs that cause milk blisters. Using this while I pump has gotten rid of my clogs so I rarely get a milk blister now.I pump for 30 minutes. If I use vibration+heat, the charge will last for 1.5 pumping sessions. Vibration only, charge lasted 4.5 sessions.

Like the color and it offers many options but the vibration was to strong for me so unfortunately itâs not being used and itâs to late to return it.
All I have to say is, just buy it! You won’t regret it. I decided to buy this kit after searching for products that relieve engorgement/plugged ducts. There were lots of different choices but this kit was the only one that came with the heated lactation massager and microwave/freeze breast therapy packs. I definitely need both. My favorite thing about this kit is that when I feel that little clogged duct forming, I just use the massager to help massage it away while pumping. It’s so much faster and easier than trying to massage with your hands. Oh, and another bonus is that the ice packs actually stay cool, definitely much longer than any other ice packs I’ve tried in the past.
