Good but..
These are good quality. I ordered these to use for my kids, was expecting something soft. But tips are really hard. You can’t use these in kids ears.

It works great! Tips are smooth and do not scratch the ears. The light helps to see what’s inside. This is more of a battery choice issue, but just don’t use an Amazon triple A battery with the open flat negative end. With the way it’s designed, it completes the circuit and ends up overheating the plastic, which melts the product.
A must have
I bought this coz my daughter’s ears accumulate wax all the time. Once her ears were clogged and had to go to an ENT. Since I got these I have cleaned her ears once a week. It’s very satisfying to see how much ears accumulate wax. A must-have.
Great little gadget!
Works perfectly for adult ears. Doesn’t hurt. The plastic scoop is small enough and smooth. I use this on my kids as well and can see in their ears and remove wax and I just clean up the outside of the ear that the wax sticks to that gets pulled out with the scoop.
