I love this mattress. It is as firm as i had hoped without feeling like im sleeping on a rock. It stays nice and cool all night and supports my body. The first week it did cause some back pain but i blame my old mattress for that. It was way too soft so the new one took a little while to break in. My only issue was the tracking, my bed was almost sent back because the tracking wasnt updated. Considering the price and the quality, you have a customer for life!

Life-changingly good
I have complex sleep requirements. Back issues that require firm support. Bone issues that require softness to avoid pressure pain.I looked at dozens of options before finally deciding to just take the risk on a relatively low cost option. Note I say relatively because there are comparably priced options at local bricks and mortar stores where I would be able to do an actual return in the worst case.And be clear, the promises of various mattress vendors’ including this one, of a guaranteed return are at best misleading, and in reality dishonest.This is because the investment required to achieve a “return” would exceed the value of the mattress. You’d need to first locate and then rent suitable vacuum equipment and vacuum sealing equipment to take advantage of the promised return policy. A retail store in Canada using this technique would actually be breaking the law. But I figured all that out before making the purchase, so it was even more a conscious risk.It was a risk well taken. I haven’t had it that long, so do not know how it will stand up but if things go south I will update. So far my experience has been terrific.It was easy to unpackage and it inflated immediately. I left it sit for 60 hours as I’d seen many other mattress vendors advising leaving similar ones for 48 – 72 hours.I then encased it in my new mattress protector though this product comes with an attractive total enclosure cover of its own. I opted for an extra one that promises to be waterproof because I experience night sweats and hope to protect the foam.Sleeping has become a pleasure.This is a big deal.I have been living with variations of pretty severe pain due to the most basic thing, going to bed, that being finally relieved of that pain is a massive improvement in my quality of life.This mattress indeed provides sufficient firmness to support my back. I’ve had to adjust to my burdensome butt sinking into the foam so it sits lower than the rest of me, but that has not resulted in the back problems I was frankly expecting. Indeed the pressure pain on my hips has completely abated.This mattress is also soft. Not puffball soft. But soft. Such that the pressure pain on my ribs from side sleeping has almost completely abated. There is still some minor aches but that may be my bones just healing from years of abuse. Or it may just be a fact of aging. Whatever, I can sleep through the night without waking in agony.I am extremely pleased with this product. The only reason I refuse to give it 5 stars is the return policy misleading. If they just straight up told people, “when you buy this, you keep it, no returns” I’d be giving them a five star review.
Solid firm mattress
My 3 biggest wants for this mattress was firm, no chemical smell, and price. This mattress has checked all 3 boxes. I’m a bigger guy at 6’2 and around 230. The last thing I wanted was one of those mattresses where you feel like you sink into em and have that feeling of not being able to move at night. I haaaaaaaaate that squishy feeling with a passion because it almost feels like you’re being pinned down and can’t move. This mattress is very supportive and firm yet still enough give so you don’t feel like you’re sleeping on a board. If you want a mattress where you seriously sink into because you like that sort of thing, probably not the right mattress for you. I’m mainly a side sleeper so yeah a softer mattress may be a bit better but I’ll take firm and easy to move around and sacrifice a little plushness for that. You can always make a mattress softer with a topper etc, you can’t really make a mattress that is too soft firmer.As for the smell, there was absolutely no smell after I removed it from the packaging and I’m HIGHLY sensitive to chemical smells. That was a huge plus too. I went through 30 different mattresses and all their reviews filtering out firmness and smell/odor and this one had a lot of people saying it was pretty firm and no smell. They were right! Great mattress.How long will it last? That remains to be seen but if you can get 3-5 years out of a 200 dollar mattress, that’s pretty good. IF you get any longer than that, amazing. I had a really expensive organic mattress prior to this which ended up getting moldy super fast because I was stupid and didn’t put a cover on it. I was worried about the chemicals in the cover but because it was organic, it had nothing to prevent mold and mildew from occurring. Tough pill to swallow throwing out a 2000 dollar mattress after 2 years but this mattress has made it a little easier pill to swallow.

I got the 12â King. Took two of us to open it up and carry it to the box spring as it is big and a bit heavy. I waited 3 days to let it inflate, it got to 11.5â. It is very comfortable, soft to the touch and has medium-firm support. It has made my back pain disappear when I wake up. I donât even feel my spouse moving beside me at all. Great price for an amazing mattress.
Worth the purchase
After a yr and a half it is still in perfect condition. Still very comfortable my 5 yr old sleeps amazingly , I also sleep comfortably on the mattress.
I got a 14″ mattress because some of the reviews said that their mattresses did not expand to the full thickness, but mine got to the full 14″ within a couple of days after unboxing. I would have been happy with just a 12″ if I had known, however I don’t regret my purchase. It’s a great quality mattress with just the right firmness to be comfortable. I don’t get back or body aches upon waking up and it supports me well even when I lay or sit on the very edge. I also love that I don’t notice so much now when my husband turns or shifts position while sleeping unlike when we had a spring mattress where I felt every movement. We have been using it for a month now and I donât feel hot sleeping on it, just very comfortable. There was a very faint smell when we removed the plastic cover upon unboxing which I think can be expected of a product that has been compressed in plastic for a while, however the smell disappeared after a few hours. We unboxed in the morning and slept on it that night. I debated between buying this or the Zinus Greentea mattress but I’m glad I chose this because the price is cheaper and the quality is comparable or even better, depending on your firmness preference. I think this mattress is a tad bit more firm whereas the Zinus tends to sag more when you sit on the edge. I know because my daughter just bought the Zinus Greentea mattress before their price went up a couple of months ago. The only con is that now I have to find deeper mattress covers but I guess that is a great excuse to get me some new covers because it has been a while since I bought some.
Ive had this bed for 5 months an i tell i love how soft this bed is but at the same time firm for my back there is so much room an space i love it
I was skeptical buying this online, not knowing what it felt like or how my sleep would be. I ordered it, received it quickly. It was shrink wrapped. I opened it up and allowed it to grow for about 3 days in a spare bedroom. It is thick, it is comfy!! I do not miss my old bed whatsoever! This bed is so comfy and I sleep so good every single night in it. I got the king size and the thickness is very accurate.

The shipping was fast and the box is of course pretty heavy (2 person lift). Itâs wrapped right and once the plastic is cut it begins inflating fairly quickly. It was about 10 minutes until it was useable. I noticed it continued to enlarge overnight to expand full but not by much. The first night I was amazed. It is firm and supportive. The quality is great and Iâd say specifically for the price but I paid $950 for my last mattress and this mattress is just as nice honestly. Visually itâs plain like there no bells and whistles but itâs just a really good mattress. I am really glad Iâve purchased it. I donât normally write reviews but I know that mattresses are a big purchase for many people. My strong suggestion is donât waste your money going to a mattress store, just get this one if youâre okay with a decently firm mattress. I am really impressed with this product.Side note – it did have a bit of a âfactoryâ smell to it but I think it was more transference from the plastic itâs in. Once removed it lessened and in the morning the smell was gone.
