  1. Enjoying the features of this excellent watch due to Belle, the outstanding CSR
I am a senior, not that tech savvy , and was overwhelmed at first with the brief operating instructions that came with this watch. I reached out to the customer support email provided in the box and connected with Belle who replied promptly to all my questions in a step by step manner, and with pictures as well , making it so easy for me to understand and use the many features this watch provides. I got it especially forBP monitoring and counting my steps and found at first that my BP readings on the watch were significantly different to those measured on my cuff machine but she directed me how to calibrate the watch to my cuff unit and now my watch has a closer approximation to my machine. Similarly, my steps on my treadmill were not accurately being recorded on my watch and she said l need to wave my hands as l walked and this worked!. I love the features on this device such as reading my messages , being able to set reminders to drink water and get up and stretch after sitting too long.. l highly recommend buying this watch as it is pretty good value for the reasonable cost and it comes with excellent customer support.

  2. Good
It is a good watch it’s very good to see it’s it’s not too big it’s not too small but it does not have GPS at all the band is connected to a pin and the slight part of the band that goes around the pen broke and the Bluetooth keeps connecting and disconnecting with only a few feet away from the phone the blood pressure and the heart monitor and stuff is pretty accurate it’s not on point but it’s pretty darn close I was hesitant to give it back but because of the disconnecting and connecting and the band broke I had to take it back and now I’m having a hard time to find one that matches up to the device of this one those are the only two flaws that are major and the no GPS that’s about it sometimes I wish I could have kept it and just figure something out but in reality I know I wouldn’t have been able to so that’s the only reason why I sent it back makes me sad but I had to and I’m not going to lie I’m even hesitant to try to save up some money to try to buy the other one with the metal band maybe that might be a little more different but I still have to hope for maybe the disconnect and connect for the Bluetooth but do I take that chance idk

  3. Great beginner activity tracker!
This is a great watch for the price! I’ve had it for a month, and am so pleased with it! I am just beginning to workout and exercise again after a long hiatus! And this is a great watch for counting steps, and distance and I do enjoy the vital sign and sleep tracker as well, even though they weren’t features I required. I have an iPhone, and had no issue linking my phone with the watch. The app is a very simple one. The band is soft and comfortable and I have no issue wearing it day and night. The battery lasts a long time! I think I’ve charged it twice since I got it!My only complaint would be that the screen doesn’t stay on very long. Once you “wake up” your watch face by turning it towards you, you have but a few seconds to interact with the face. And each screen (if you’re checking vital signs for instance, or switching your music) you need to touch or interact with the screen every couple seconds or it will go to sleep again. Overall, I’m super pleased with this little watch and would recommend it to a beginner!

  4. Good look but not what I wanted
Pro : looks goodSteps seem correct but not sure.Cons: battery drains after 4 days , should have been at least 7 days.Doesn’t give you the total calories spent per day.Sleep is totally out , if you lie in bed and you are even on internet browsing it registers it as light sleep ( ridiculous).Other things eg( blood pressure etc) no way to check if correct.I can’t return as passed the one month unfortunately started to use it few weeks after had bought it.Overall , won’t buy it again .I was happier with my old fitbit that was unfortunately discontinued and then after 7 years battery died.

  5. Review after 1 month
It works rather well. The battery life is quite long, approximately a week before it indicated a need to be recharged. Came well packaged and was rather simple to figure out. It does connect to my iPhone, although I have an issue with receiving messages, calls come through. It seems accurate considering my iPhone and the watch were not connected the first week and presented similiar information in regards to steps and calories.I would recommend to try it out, for the price it does the job. Only issue this far was that I found the straps difficult to put on. It took me longer than it should have to figure it out, however that could just be a me issue lol.

  6. Amazing customer service
ITVII Slim Fitness Tracker with Blood Oxygen, Blood Pressure, 24/7 Heart Rate and Sleep Tracking is perfect for me. I love the sleep tracking. I find the timing is really accurate and it gives me assurance that I am getting some good sleep. Also, I like to keep track of my steps so I can work towards my health goal. And, checking my heart rate does provide comfort too. I have kidney stones, so the reminder to drink water is really helpful to me especially in the summer months.Recently, my watch face wasn’t showing; I had charged it and for some strange reason after months of working so well, the watchface wouldn’t show unless I shook it many times. I reached out to customer service and immediately Belle replied and asked for a video so I could show what was happening. Within a day, Belle had shipped a replacement watch. I am sooooo happy with the customer service and with this watch. And, it’s really pretty too. Highly recommend!

  7. This watch does not track accurately or periodically just shuts off
I bought this watch mid July. Late October I noticed it was not tracking my steps accurately any longer when I was on the elliptical. In November it started shutting down for no reason periodically, even when the battery was over 80%. It would not turn back on until I connected it to the charger, after a minute the watch would turn back on. At the end of December it stopped counting steps when walking. I would not buy this watch again. Even though it seems to priced very reasonably, when it only works fully for 2 months, then over the next 2 months other features of it stop working, it is not reasonably priced.

  8. So far, so good. I’ve only used this for a few days, but am pretty impressed! First off, I think they sent a gold colored watch face for my pink band, but it’s not that noticeable. I wondered how it could measure BP without pumping up, but apparently there is something new called pulse arrival time (PAT) that measures time and/or strength between a heartbeat and the time it reaches your wrist as a pulse. It’s seeming pretty accurate. Same with oxygen and HR. Weather measurement is off. I tried the sleep monitoring one night and that seemed pretty good too. I usually have an 1.5-hr intermission during sleep in the middle (hate it, but that’s the way it is). It picked up a 30 min awake time surrounded by light sleep instead. I’m usually watching TV during that time, so I think I was awake. No biggie. I saw that I’m getting the deep sleep required. Steps seemed spot on when going straight continually, maybe not as good when turning around. I haven’t tried the different activities’ counts, but found when I rode my exercise bike, the watch did not pick it up as steps. I’m older and not great with newer technology, but eventually did sort out most of the app and settings. Tricky for old fingers to get the band on, but I did. Then realized I needed to charge it first and couldn’t find any holes. By luck, when maneuvering it, the swinging cable attached itself to the magnets on the back of the watch. LOL. The Q&As here helped me along (thanks, fellow shoppers). I’m still getting the swiping directions down to find things on it. For those who can’t find how to change metric to imperial, you do it through the app on your phone. There are three tabs in the app at the bottom of the screen that bring up a host of selections under Home, Device, and Mine. For some things to work, you need to provide permissions. IE, I had to allow access to SMS and WhatsApp to view text messages on the screen. Tiny to read, but neat technology. It throws out Hints if you’re trying to set something up, but have not allowed specific permissions yet to do so. Now some of the things it asked permission for seemed out of bounds to me, and I refused. So I probably will never even try to put a picture on my watch, see my email there or phone calls. I did find a more pleasing face dial in their app library than the red/black or striped thing. Lastly, I can’t report on longevity, but if it fails anytime soon, I will update. I’m quite pleased right now. 3/19: Still liking the watch, but a couple issues. It can be frustrating to scroll on the watch face. Some swipes don’t seem to register. I’ve found a slow thumb moves the menu best for me to get to the correct area without opening a different one with my swipe. A couple times, the watch face has seemed to change itself- perhaps I did it accidentally. But I’ve always been able to get the one I want back. I read here that a person put it on a drinking glass and it still read a heart rate, so I tried it. Nope, mine shows blanks. When you first open a previously used function, it will display the last measurement taken, so I wonder if that was the case with the reads that person got.

  9. Stopped working within 5 months . Customer care told me to contact seller and there was nothing they did . Don’t waste your money on this .

  10. Bought it for my mum sis he could monitor her steps. She finds it very useful at work, she can track her daily work outs, read messages when the phone is not available. The design is very nice, long body of the watch goes well on the wrist. Good value for money. Easy to use and to charge.

  11. Good quality health tracker. Very light weight and track accurately the step and heart rate. Thanks

  12. Nice watch, although the “smart” functions haven’t always worked. The sleep data is only captured properly 2-3 days a week. Some other comments say the blood pressure function doesn’t work without the app, but it does. It just won’t be logged down. You do have to take it in the app for that. It’s nice to be able to check my BP, hr and o2 sat easily if I’m feeling a bit off. Although the measurements aren’t spot on to measurements made by medical equipment, it’s usually in the ballpark. Please keep in mind this watch IS NOT meant to be a diagnostic tool, but it can help you keep a general eye on things. I love the ability to change the face, and some are customizable, even using photos on your phone as the face! The “rise to wake” function can sap your battery life, so if it doesn’t bother you to push a button to see the time, disable this function. It can accept 5 alarms, although even the strongest vibration setting may not alert you. There’s a bit of a learning curve to navigating through the different areas and functions. Very easily customizable which makes it very practical and helpful. Very nice watch!
