How do I change from Celsius to Fahrenheit?
When the thermometer is turned off, press the START button for 5 seconds to switch ℃/℉, and press the SWITCH button to confirm.
Does the reading happens just by pressing the start button? Do i need to hold the start button until a beep?
The device only takes 1-3 seconds to get the result, you don’t need to hold the “Start” button for a long time
Can this be used on the wrist instead of the forehead?
Normally, the wrist temperature is lower than the forehead temperature. The product is not recommended for wrist temperature measurement.
How to set up time and date?
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, select between 12-hour and 24-hour formats by clicking the power button, then adjust the time using the start button. Click the power button to confirm the selection.
What does “lo” means?
Lo does not means low battery, it means that the the measured ambient temperature is lower than the set value.

Have had this for over two years and it works so well, is quick, it’s a little loud I wish it had a silent mode for when you want to check a sleeping child but overall it’s great and exactly what we needed.

This is a perfect size thermometer, easy to use and clear to read. Couldn’t get any easier!
Simple thermometer that works
This infrared forehead thermometer just simply works. It runs on 2xAAA batteries, which are included. Of note, it does not support rechargeable batteries.Using it is also very straightforward. After turning it on, you can either use it for forehead temperature, or objects. In both cases, you just need to keep the thermometer 1 to 2cm away from what you want to take the temperature of.Overall, temperatures do seem to be pretty close to reality. I’ve tried with objects all around the house, including inside my refrigerator, and it all made sense. As for the forehead, its readings are consistent, but I’d still recommend taking a few measurement to make sure, because you can still get a difference of one or two Celsius decimals depending on the readings. Considering you instantly get a result though, this is much more practical than traditional thermometers, who aren’t perfect either.Overall, it’s a very convenient thermometer if you need results fast. I do wish the readings were a little more accurate, but in the vast majority of cases, it should be more than enough.

It gets the job done but feels super cheapy like I can easily smash it or it can fail at any moment. Before the initial use it also threw a random error code at me. Thankfully it ended up working. Too bad I lost my Braun thermometer cause that one feels way more legit
