This light is the perfect brightness when I find my way to the bathroom which has no window in it and I have a darker hallwayâ¦but no plugin! Worth the price!
Work well for what I need it for
My kitchen apartment doesn’t have the overhead vent light. Having a baby in a small space living area I needed something bright for me to get things done but not to dim. I’ve been using my cell phone flashlight; but it’s nor as stable. I like how you can adjust the brightness. Work well for my use purpose.
Great product, very bright.
I like that I can turn the brightness up or down.We use it in our old shed all the time and when we have parties, we can turn up the brightness. As we have a beer fridge in there and there is no overhead light. It is much better than feeling around in the dark for a plug in lamp or something. It just always on. Uses little electricity. Hope it lasts.
Quite bright on high setting; doesn’t go quite as dim/low as I’d like
it’s perfect for my cat’s litter closet: I leave it on low setting so he can see, then turn up to bright when I’m cleaning so I can see. We are both happy! It is brighter than most night lights on the brightest setting which is nice. Only complaint: I would turn it lower if I could, but there’s nothing between moderately dim and off. But it’s perfect for my uses.
Needs better adjustment
On the low end adjustment is not accurate. Not easy to set it at the lowest level. Goes too bright or turns off. Have to spend time to set it to the desired brightness
A bit pricey, but very nice quality
I like the quality of this light and the useful sliding Lumen switch. These can be very bright if you want them to be, I have it about 50% of max. I also like that these are always on during the night and I dont have to walk near it for it to turn on. I bought 2 of these and it lights up both my kitchen and hallway quite nicely. Previously I bought 5-6 other cheapy ones, but they were so dim it made them almost useless. Very happy with this light.
Adjustable brightness is fantastic
I have one of these plugged into my hallway. I keep it at about 50% brightness and it is enough to make my way through my living room and hallway. If I turned it up to 100%, it would probably light half of my apartment. Itâs a fantastic nightlight. Highly recommend it.
Did not shut off
I have the same night light that has the motion detection which works perfectly. This one does not shut off when the light is turned on or in the daytime, probably because the sensor is on the bottom so I returned it. Also, even though it’s advertised as a warm white, it did not cast the warm glow that I was expecting. This one does not have the motion detection in it like their other model with this feature. I would have reordered that one but it only came on with motion and then shut off and this time I wanted a night light that stayed on in the dark.
I now have GE nightlight all over my house, and these are the ones I put in the most crucial areas. The dimmable feature is awesome, and they get very bright if you need it. the best I’ve ever seen on the market.
The adjustability is great for keeping the right amount of light for a newborn
Bought 2 in June 2020 and first one quit working in July 2024. Other one still works just fine. 4 years seems like a good run for a nightlight that was probably on 23/7 (was in basement storage area for my catâs litter boxes).Happy with amount of light and sensitivity of sensor.
The device is nice and the light is bright. The slider works great. But hereâs the rub: the device pumps about 3W at all times, it doesnât matter if the light is on, and it gets hot. Yes, 3W is not much, but when you have 20 across the house, it adds up. More importantly, the fact that it gets hot is concerning. How this device got a UL certification is beyond me, quite frankly.Youâre better off going with a more simple device, GE and others make other UL-listed dusk/dawn nightlights that do not draw any power unless theyâre actually emitting light.
A good quality dimmer light. it works very accurately and servers the pupose. Good to have.
